"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Does alcohol help or ruin your game?

I always thought alcohol helped my game because it gives you confidence and more courage to approach. Well until this week when I changed my opinion.

Alcohol ruined 5 chances this week for me (this are the ones I can remember, probably more but because of drinking I cant remember other ones)!!!

Sunday: I got wasted at a party, and although one hot Blondie was giving me IOI that night I ended up making out with 2 fat chicks

Tuesday: Prom night, this hot chick I licked all high school ended up making out with me, well at least when I was half sober, after I got wasted the only thing I remember is not ****ing her.

Friday(last night): I had 3 solid chances at a concert.
First we were buying beer and this chick that was in line with us said "Hi!" and I just said hi back and walked away.

Second: One girl that always hit on me in Yahoo messenger saying that she really really likes me meets me and tries to have a conversation, I just said: "OK boys lets get another beer!" How drunk can you be that when such a hot babe cheerleader approaches you and you just go to get another beer?

Third: In front of a disco after the concert, one girl that I just vaguely know approaches me with her friend and it goes something like:

HB: -Hey Taviiiiiiii
Taviii: -Ahhh, Hey
HB(to her HB friend): -He is Tavi, isn't he gorgeous?
Other HB: -Yeah he is! Hi I'm xxcxcx

That's all I remember...

I honestly thought until now that alcohol can help your game. Well I guess that it can help you to some point of your development, but after that its more of an obstacle than a solution for fear...

What are your guys opinions on this?

Does it help you or does it ruin your chances?

All DJs are welcomed to write their stage of development so that we can see how alcohol helps or affects your game in different stages of your development!

PS remember I have all the weekend in front of me so there are a lot of chances to be ruined, so answer quickly mates!

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Tavii, there is a magical zone where alcohol will make you more outgoing and confident without turning you into a retard. Find that zone and don't pass it.

Regardless of what you guys think most beer does taste like ****. You just don't want to admit it because "its the popular thing" but really it is ****.

Except some of those premium brands. Those are pretty damn good.

And there are lots of other things to drink except alcaholic swill water. Ever heard of Rum? Wiskey? Scotch? Brandy? No?

more over, like in the UK, you cna end up anchoring haveing a good time with alcohol

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

A drink or two (no more than 4 in an hour) can help. Any more and you'll look like a toolbox.

Alcohol definitely impacts my game negatively, not a lot if I drink reasonably, but still it affects it.

The only benefit that I get from having my buzz on is that I couldn't care less of the outcome. When I'm totally sober, if I fail "miserably", like the girl's a total b*tch, or some external factor made it real bad, I would be pretty disappointed. I would feel that I wasted all this time and energy for this sh*t. Sure it doesn't happen very often with me, but when it happens, this feeling just kills the mood.

But with (reasonable amount of) alcohol, pretty much anythig is a good time.
I think you guys all understand what I mean...:D

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

The question was: "Does alcohol help or does it ruin your game?"

How can you answer with "Yes!" ??

Beer tastes like crap
I know some american people and they always say that beer is a lot better in Europe.

Some of you guys said: "Drink in moderation, learn your limits etc"

Its so damn hard to stop drinking after you start with 1 beer, after that the second, then a bottle of cognac, some more beers and by this time the night is ruined.

I know now its more of an impediment because now I can approach a lot easier and I can control the conversation. Girls rarely approach me, maybe once a year, they did though more times this week than in any other period of my life and alcohol didn't let me play my game. This is the drop that filled the bottle.

No more getting drunk.

I will start tonight and see how it works. To make it easier I'll try and go out with some friends that don't really drink as much as me and my mates.

I'll be back with the conclusion. :D

I started by getting piss drunk, only then i could follow my gut and actually ACT a bit, then i drunk a bit less in analogy with my sober skills increasing. Now i drink to get pretty buzzed but if you have the experience i have with drunkness you can control yourself pretty well under the influence.

Take it from me with experience, drinking DOES NOT give you confidence, it
MAKES YOU FORGET ABOUT YOUR INSECURITIES.

Which when you break it down, it's your insecurities that stop you 65% of the time anyway.

If people receive you well when drunk, you continue to do the same thing by getting drunk and wilding out. When they stop receiving you, you hold back and begin to let your insecurities go more naturally.

I'm also coming to the conclusion that alcohol doesn't help if you're trying to focus on your game... I hear what you're saying... there is a zone, (for me one to two stellas) in which i feel totally outgoing, confident, great... drink more than that though, and you're just wasting your money, becoming lethargic and beginning to look a bit sleazy... For me I don't like to walk around the bar / club without a drink - i think its a security thing... once I got over that, i realized that you can pick out who's checking you out alot easier when ur sober. Also, (and i'm not saying go for a girl who's OBVIOUSLY TOO DRUNK, cos thats WAY WRONG) - but if a girl's a bit tipsy, sometimes its easier to make conversation with her if ur sober and she's had a couple, cos you gotta realize some girls can be shy and intimidated aswell ...

I thought alcohol used to help my game.

But if I don't check myself I will usually wreck myself

the line between helping and hurting you, is only easy to see when you have crossed it.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I've always questioned the value of crutches as alcohol, drugs, lines, expensive cars and the like. They may have their purpose, but should that purpose be as a mask to hide someone's shortcomings? Who should be in control, you or the alcohol (or anything else used as a crutch)?

Just something to consider.

I couldn't break any "mental" barriers, like the first heavy kino, first k-close,first any kind of kino (yeah i was a major afc) without alcohol :p.But after the first few times i managed to do those things sober so i had no use of alcohol anymore.Nowadays i drink because it's fun,but i don't get piss drunk.

Well, i got pretty drunk at a toga party i went to a little while ago, but it seemed not to affect my game because i initiated kino and was C&F, only thing that hurt was when i was in the hot tub with a HB8 i was gaming and i smiled at her, she winked at me and left the hot tub, i tried to move but my feet were numb!! HAHA joke was on me i guess, not drinking as much now

The more I think about it and the more I observe myself I realize drinking is just bad, bad, bad. It's tempting, because it makes me immune to anxiety, but it ruins my game. I can't make proper eye contact (because I can't see straight), can't deliver routines properly, I don't watch the speed of speaking, don't make pauses, I just ramble, laugh with high-pitched tone and lean in like idiot...

Few beers are okay, but then I just have to stop otherwise I piss my game away.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
