I know doc love talks a lot about interest level. I don't have his book, but i want to know what is it he says. What does he say on raising it? Mantaining it? Determining how high it is? ETC. thanks

i have an idea of his sayings, but im not 100% on it. All i know is that he preaches being a challenge.
