“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Do you work through your muscle soreness like lets say your back is sore but everything else feels find or your back feels not up to par do you go ahead and lift or do squats or deadlifts or just take another rest day for good measure and try again the next day?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

so.. my lower back feels sore, and yet I'll go and put 400-500lbs on it or try to pull 500-600 off the floor just to 'work through it'.

take the extra day off and do cardio instead.

What if you're a slow recover? Poor diet? Sometimes it might take 3 days to get rid of soreness completely for me.

OK I just got through with my workout but I left out my Deadlifts but still did my Squats.

I am working out at between 55 to 65 percent of my max on each exercise with 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps. But heres a question when I try curls just below my bicep it feels weird and it interfers with my lifting or curls to the point I have to skip them and wonder if I am actually getting enough work out of my biceps when I do my Bendover Rows and the Clean and Press during my Squats as I don't have a Squat rack yet?

Anyway, my back actually feels good now no achy except for the lower bicep or weakness.

Alex, I see and understand where your coming from and as the weather starts warming here I do my cardio by push mowing the yard an acre and stay away from the rider so that is coming up soon and will start doing that for sure.

I dont get it. I squat, bench press (flat or incline) and do back (deadlifts or rows) every workout, with occasional dips, pullups and shoulder press added... and im never notably sore. And its not like im moving pansy weights.

I can understand how a 250lb guy moving squatting 400 and deadlifting 700 is going to need a long rest, but most of us arent anywhere near that level.

Are you eating and sleeping well?
