I was just on that ship in may.....the emerald princess. Had a great time. I don't believe he lost his frame and I doubt if her laughing at him was the real cause. My guess is they were drunk (we drank everyday on the cruise) and they started fighting. Who knows over what. If I had to guess it might have been she was cheating and she was rubbing it in his face and laughing about it.
Goes to show you what alcohol and a simple fight can lead to. What's funny is that ship is not at all rowdy. It's first class....and huge....but in no way would I call it a party boat.
