Who knows. It "seems" legit but you never know whats the back story prior to the camera rolling. It's definitely possible though however.... I just can't see a guy walking around kissing a bunch of cute/hot girls randomly.

I don't think a girl who's known a guy for 5 seconds would put her arms all over him and let him grab ass. It looks a little too unreal to me.

Don't let this fool you. He could have had 10x as much girls who wouldn't do it but they were edited out of the video.

For a three minute video there was ten hours of film shot. What we see is the best of what is shot. With this in mind you can Imagine what the 9.57 hours of footage that wasn't good enough for us to see was like.
