I recently got my tooth fixed by a muslima with a headscarf and she did a PERFECT job. Imagine having to deal with a less incompetent man just because he's a man.

If we judge people strictly om their skills you would naturally get a culturally mixed workplace because heuss what? Drive ambition talent and willingness to improve have zero to do with skin colour, sexual orientation or DEI.

One more thing: DEI is also a result of the colonial past..now I'm not just talking " to the USA" because over here the same thing is happening regarding attacks on DEI policy.

Especially the UK is a perfect example: they've got rich by conquering literally the entire world and now the chickens come home to roost....literally.

Yes UK is or used to be predominantly white, but so is all of E Europe, where a monthly salary is around 500 dollars. Arguably the biggest war is raging also amongst white people: Russia vs Ukraine. But imo all races are equally fedked to by the way but just pointing that out..

People are really to shallow to understand that shyte that happened 200 years ago still effects us.

DEI is nothing but a correction , a moral reparation to equal the playfield. And finally here's the kicker; if (we the) people would elevate their/our mindset as a whole and stop picking these stupid azz battles we can ALL grow. But hatred is a complex thing...I get that...

In the good ole USA we used to judge strictly on SKILLS. It used to be about ambition, talent, and willingness before. NOT ANYMORE, and DEI made it worse. Thats why DEI has been abandoned. DEI is about hiring/promoting quota's for anything that is not a white male.

A moral reparation? For what, exactly? Are the Arabs paying a moral reparation for conquering half the world and perpetrating slavery on a scale that dwarfed the Transatlantic Slave Trade? Are the Mongols paying a moral reparation for killing more than 10% of the world's population in the short period of time that they were the dominant superpower? What about the Turks? Have they paid their moral dues for the atrocities committed by the Ottoman Empire?

All of those question are rhetorical, by the way. The answer is obviously no. If you go to Saudi Arabia, Mongolia or Turkey to demand preferential treatment for "moral" reasons, you will get laughed at. This will be followed by a vicious @ss-kicking to make sure you never make such a silly demand again. The only people willing to entertain the DEI nonsense are stupid, brainwashed white people.

If she's a good dentist, she's not DEI. She could be wearing a dead racoon on her head for all I care as long as she does a good job.

DEI = hiring unqualified/under-qualified candidates because they happen to be women or minorities with certain skin tones. The results are predictably disastrous. Take the airline industry, for example. Women and minorities represent only 10% of commercial airline pilots but are responsible for 50% of all crashes. I am willing to bet that given the choice between flying with a DEI pilot or boring 'ol whitey, you would not choose the former, despite all your talk of "moral reparations".

I geuss it's always a slippery slope once qoutas are placed on sensitive stuff like the jobs and race ,gender ect

In a perfect world where let's say 10 candidates are equally skilled but statistics show that particular groups are excluded, it's not too crazy to force laws on a society to give people a fair chance. Eventually there will always be a portion who will end up disappointed. Good examples is the police. You generally want a somewhat equal representation of the actual culture in your specific city or region.

Other times it can be a matter of simple stats. If xyz sector never hires women while women are perfectly able to perform, then imo something needs to be done

Bit never unqualified obviously..

See, that's the crux of the DEI lie. If 10 candidates are equally skilled, you must pick the darkest one. The problem with that argument is that in the real world, it is impossible for 10 candidates to be equally skilled. DEI is a quota system, nothing more.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

As usual, the truth is somewhere in the middle...and it goes both ways by the way; if 10 people are equally skilled and you pick 2 blacks, 2 whites 2 Arabs 2 Asians and 2 Latinos it means that ANY type of race can be rejected when the qouta is reached. Even of the job is vacant.

The world is getting smaller everyday. Eventually we will have to figure out ways to live together. It is what it is.

Mixed race people are killing good old fashioned racism. No one knows what team they're on. People are always going to hate each other, but when we're all a pleasant shade of tan, we'll have to find new reasons.

You cannot undo "vile shyt" that happened in the past by pursuing stupid and counterproductive policies in the present.

Humour me this. You can chose Flight A or Flight B to get to your destination. You know that the pilot on Flight A is a white dude and that he was chosen because the airline found him to be the most qualified candidate. You also know that the pilot on Flight B is a wonderful gal, chosen because the airline wanted to be the first in the industry to hire a black LGBTQ pilot and there was only one candidate out a pool of 100 applicants who met that criteria. Which flight are you getting on?

As I just mentioned, I got my tooth fixed by a nuslima because I wasn't happy about my previous dentist who was a white dude.

Other than that: every job has requirements. Before the lesbian pilot can call herself an independent pilot who is approved and qualified, she had to go through the same rigorous training/ educational program as any other pilot..

You see, it's mostly nitpicking. How many jobs are filled by women who do nothing but shuffling papers but they are there simply because the ome who hired them was a horndog?

And I'll show you that you're using double standards. Can also work the other way: do you really believe that all those people on high positions RIGHT NOW are the best of the best of the best? Do you believe Christi Noem is the best the USA has to offer? Hegseth? Patel? Scott Bennett? What goes over most people's head is that Caucasian race is speedrunning this process due to for example the war in Ukraine. Especially assuming Ukraine collapses and Poland and Germany are next.

We almost had WIII due to Greenland where it again would've been white vs white. But somehow...that doesn't register with some folks...
