Bachelorette parties have been going on for a long time. I think destination bachelorette parties are a phenomenon of the 21st Century.

Both bachelor and bachelorette parties are getting more costly. Many of my friends got married between 2015-2020. The major of the friends I made in my current city who got married had their bachelor parties elsewhere.

There are stories about brides-to-be and bridesmaids having one night stands as a result of the bachelorette party. I think these stories are overblown because bachelorette party groups are so large that those groups become unwieldy for pickup purposes. Bachelorette party women are more about attention whoring than actually having same night sex.

In the time I've done night game, I've rarely seen bachelorette parties out. My current city is not a hub for destination bachelorette parties and I can't recall seeing many local bachelorettes having any bachelorette parties. Maybe I wasn't going to the right bars.

Most guys well suited in pickup know bachelorette parties at the bar are a waste of time for actual same night sex or for getting a phone number for a date on a later night. Plenty of beta males do give bachelorette party women attention though.

I don't think most groups of women can amicably go out and drink without significant drama/interpersonal conflict.
