Parents of all boys were more likely to be saving for college than parents of all girls. This kind of antediluvian attitude is alarming in this day and age.

With less men going to college these days.. its not all that easy to "marry away" your debt unless you're a 10. And good look getting a guy in professional sports or the entertainment industry to marry you.

For every highly successful man there are probably like 100 hot women. Good luck.

Marrying rich is almost like winning the lottery. Most women won't come close.

Well university attendance is now 60% Woman in university... in all major professions.... (MD, engineer, science, law, commerce etc..)

So either
1) Everyone want their guy kid to go to university (concept that guys will go to university while girls will ''stay'' home)
2) guy needs more support to go to higher education
3) The family unit they are in... likely ''class'' do they have more guys than girls?

So its great to be a guy in university... you kinda alone in room full of beauties (real beauties) and with a chance to be top5% in the society
