"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Think about it. 99% of people have not done this and most people would be scared to death to do this (because it is so unnatural).

However, just think of how good you would feel about yourself after it is over.

You looked terror in the face and went through with it. You just accomplished something 99% have not.

This could help your confidence alot more than being intelligent, tall, ripped and handsome can.

Worried about someone getting in your face or starting a fight? Why be? You jumped out of an airplane.

I want to hear from those who went skydiving to see if has transformed your life and I want to hear from those (yes or no) to see if they agree with me.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Yes, but there are other ways like driving fast as fvck or in mountainous terrain, but yes, if I could jump out of a plane I'd probably do it, I've been at the helm of bad situations in ice and snow, but jumping out of a plane might top that.

All they do is hook your a$$ up to some pro. and he hauls you down. Not exactly daring stuff. Driving your car to the airport is more dangerous than that.

There's no quick fix to this type of thing. Learning how to develop the confidence to be with a women is something that evolves over time. And it evolves from, shockingly enough, talking to women. Not jumping out of planes. It's not like you are going to get in an airplane as an AFC and when you hit the ground you're a DJ. I'm sure you'd have a high for a day or two after doing it that might give you a bit of confidence, but within a week you'll be the same person you were before your jumped out of the plane.

Jumping out of an airplane would probably be really cool, but it won't fix any of your problems.

Let me also point out that jumping out of an airplane is not an accomplishment. It's just you letting gravity do what gravity does to people. I'm sure it'd make for a cool story later on, but you haven't accomplished anything by doing it.

I'm not saying you shouldn't do it (because it sounds like it would be really cool) but don't fool yourself into thinking you'll be a different person once you hit the ground

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

skydiving

I jumped out of an airplane twice. Once with korean girl, and once with a japanese girl. I didn't nail either one.:cuss:

The high was really really good, and the sensation of falling before the shute opens was one of the most exciting experiences of my life. However, the high lasted only about 30 minutes after all was said and done, and the only fear that it helped me face was skydiving, cause the second time was not nearly as terrifying as the first. Same with bungee jumping. First time, really scary. second time, not so scary.

Now, if you ARE a DJ, AND you have butloads of cash (cause its about $150 a pop per person) AND you have a steady HB 8 or above GF or FB, AND you have one of those van conversions things, it might make for a cool date, skydive together, then rush to the van and boink like mad before the adrenalyn wears off.

Otherwise, skydive only for skydiving's sake.

Another thing I noticed, almost ALL of the veteren skydivers waiting around on the ground for their turn in the plane were smoking.

Being a DJ isn't only about overcoming fear, it's about having skill. Being fearless is only the beginning. Once you walk up to a girl and open her, you've only just begun. There's a long way to go between approaching and sliding your c*ck in her.

Not to change the subject, but I think U.S Marines could be the best DJ's because they are literally fearless.

I was never in the Corps, but I have NEVER met a Marine who wasn't confident.

The 12 weeks of physical and mental hell they put you through will make you fear nothing.

What happens to guys that can't cut it in bootcamp. Say the seargeant is making your run 10 miles in the morning and some dude can't make it. What do they do to you?

I work with a kid who's a marine and I find different ways to imply that he's a woman or call him a girl almost every day. He's just not smart enough to think of good comebacks. I don't usually treat people like that, but he likes to bully all the younger guys around, so I figure he needs a taste of his own medicine every once in awhile (and it turns out marines HATE being told they are women or gay).

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Not to diss the marines, I highly respect them. Being fearless on the battlefield only makes you fearless on the battlefield. Confronting fears in one area of life DOES NOT translate into other areas.

I can speak in front of any group without any fear whatsoever. (something I learned how to do) but doing a completely cold approach on a 20 something 9 or 10? Lets just say I'm not there....YET.

When I was in high school I lived near a base, and I worked for a pizza delivery place, so I had to frequently deliver pizzas to officers with families. Those "tough, fearless" marines had some FUGLY wives.

Did it. I prefer rock climbing. however. I climb every chance I get.

I don't know if it would directly help you attract women, but it takes balls to skydive. It takes balls to get a woman, too (unless you're a really butch lesbian). If you can't do one, you probably couldn't do the other anyways. It really is just a matter of perception and proving something to yourself. Because the truth is, you can, can't you?-- Cool. Now you don't have to prove anything to anyone. Just realise that you ARE going to die someday (and if you are jumping out of perfectly good airplanes all the time, it will probably be someday soon). Do something with your life before you die!

I guess my whole point is:

Being a Marine or jumping out of an airplane might not help you sarge chicks, but it can help you deal with "the problems" other men might try and give you if you are dating an attractive woman.

Do you think a Marine would be intimidated if some guy wants to fight him at a bar or gets in his face? Hell no............he is already desensitized to that!

In conclusion, the more a person leaves their comfort zone or the more stressful situations they are exposed to, the more confident they will be.

Confidence DOES not come from being tall, handsome or built, but from your confidence to handle fear!

Right, superficial confidence comes from being able to handle fear. Real confidence is when you feel no fear. Fear comes from expectations which come from experiences and knowledge. Do you really think a natural DJ is sh!t scared inside and is just hiding that fact or do you think he's so comfortable with the situation that he can just let go and have fun with it? We gain confidence when we leave our comfort zone because we slowly realise that our fears are IRRATIONAL. This is not the same as denying that they exist or acting despite them. Confidence is a LACK of fear.

To put it another way, are people who don't suffer from acrophobia (fear of heights) just suppressing their fear and acting despite it or do they honestly not care? I'm gonna go with the latter. How is social anxiety any different?

The way to get over a fear or fighting is to fight. The way to get over the fear of jumping out of airplanes is to jump out of airplanes.

So what do you think is the way to get over the fear of talking to women? It doesn't seem obvious at all to me.

Yes, especially without a parachute. That will solve all your problems. You should try it, and let us know how it goes.
