I'de rather be like Ryan Allis who built a couple of 100 million dollar companies and uses his money to help change the world for the better.

Guess which one of these guys is going to create the most change and do the most good....

Does it matter? Do what makes you happy, do we really need to judge him? Him seems more content with himself then 95% of the guys on this forum.

I think that lifestyle might work for young chicks, 18-22, who still see settle-down with someone in the distant future.

I think this fellow is just trying to be another "I care" attention *****. A clinically sane woman would not be with this guy. An insane woman who is also an "I care" attention ***** would stay for a little while. An insane woman that suspects he may cash in on this stunt would stay longer (gold digger). But to sum it up, no sane woman would hang out like this if she had other options.....

Although he wont admit it he is using money. He works three days a week to pay rent for his plot of land. The money is there it just isn't changing hands...

Im currently doing somthing very similar to this man. No living without money, but living on as little money as possible to gain maximum free time.

I live in london, my total average weekly expenditure on everything is less than £60, and that includeds £35-40 for my weight gain diet!

I dont see the point of living without money, its a very useful medium of exchange, theres a reason why it was invented so long ago. That said I do applaud this man for his experiment, in a world where we all take so much for granted its easy to forget the simpler ways of doing things.
