Do You Take Creatine On Your Days Off

Do you take Creatine on your days off (after loading is done) or do you wait until the next workout post workout and take it then?

On the Creatine I have it says on the maintinance I should take after workout or post workout so does this mean skip the days your not working out?

I workout every 72 hours but get in 3 good workouts 3 times a week as I work whole body on each workout.

Thanks for any info.

I take cretine on days off, it helps me recover. Just a spoon though, not loading. It helps you heal so its worth it. Just make sure you drink water! :)
