Most advice I've seen given is mostly the onus on men to garner a woman's interest and not only that KEEP her interests aflame indefinitely throughout the longevity of the relationship/marriage.
I think this is why John comes home after 20 years of marriage to see his wife has packed bags ready to leave him...and he's clueless as to what happened.
Just an FYI, there will ALWAYS be lulls and boring times in our lives that WILL happen in relationships. It always does, and to always be "on" to keep her interest level on the rise, makes am an really think if it's worth it.
I mean, if I come across a woman that I feel that bores easily...kind of like a kid that's been too spoiled with all the toys given to him...that's not the woman for me.
But apparently, women feel the need to dump a guy JUST because there will come a inevitible time of some kind of boredom happening.
Of course, "boring" is all perspective, too. So it would possibly work if two boring people were actually happy being bored. lol
I know of a marriage between a couple from work that hardly do anything beyond chores , home repairs, and shopping at their place. And when the kids are away, they watch Netflix all day.
She's not bored of him, he's not bored of her, so it's all good.
