As to the main question, I wouldn't commit to the type of girl who can't or won't stop flirting, so I guess the answer is no. Early with a girl, I pretty much ignore it though. I do make it clear that she needs to prove that she's worthy and ready to be exclusive, and somewhere along the line they figure out flirting is one of those behaviors that's frowned upon.
