Do men have any fetish that their girls dress sluttily in public?

Many times when guys in gangs bring their girls out, whom are nice to look at, then the guy takes offense to you checking her out. Then I'm thinking, maybe he wanted her to dress sluttily so other men can check her out so he can output at them?
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
