"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I mean, after you get hurt so many times you become practically numb to emotions. I know that after a while of all of this red pill stuff, you start to see life as super bleak and dull. And it gets almost sad/depressing. But at the same time it can't because you are numb to getting sad/depressed too, which only leaves a more empty sensation inside. Sometimes I wish that I could feel again like how I was when I was 5 or 6. But then when I start to feel even slightly emotional I try and strengthen myself and put the walls back up.

Ugh, I guess ignorance truly is bliss.

Do you guys ever feel the same way sometimes?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I don't believe in love. I would love to love a woman outside of my family, but it's very difficult for me to do so. I don't trust women, and they play these little ho games.

I am trying not to become jaded. While the red pill taught us the nature and phsycology of the modern woman, it doesn't necessarily devalue them. It's just like learning there is no santa took some of the mystery out of Christmas, it is still my favorite holiday.

I am striving to use my red pill knowledge to have more realistic expectations of women and manage my relationships with them better, because I do enjoy their companionship, energy and other feminine charms, beyond just the pvssy.

While it is disappointing that I can't just find my soulmate and live forever after in bliss, I am willing to make the effort. My yard takes a lot of work too, but I have learned to enjoy it and take pride in the outcome.

Grain of salt: I haven't made any of this actually work yet. I do have a gf at the moment and what I have learned about self improvement, creating a positive life for myself without her and allowing her to participate in it, maintaining attraction and frame seems to be helping, but there is not a lot of water under that bridge yet!

What you took for love was probably neediness.

Love is a whole different ball game.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Out of curiosity, is it me or do you guys find that pretty much anyone you ask to define "love" always seems to box it in within some seriously co-dependent parameters (ex. love is when you find that special someone you simply can't live without)
