Do you guys ever feel totally out of practice?

Well i've been seeing this girl, we're not exclusive but i actually like her so i just havent been hitting on other girls. I'd say its been about 2 months since i've actually really been in that mood to try it...until this weekend

Basically ive got freshers week next month and i just feel so out of practice. I was at a house party this weekend and although i got off with 3 girls, i couldnt close anything. I just felt so sluggish, like my brain wasnt working properly.

So how are things going for you guys?

Not to great. Basically im getting all the signals but i am just disinterested in doing the same song and dance with women. Tired of talking to all these generic "American Eagle" girls.

You know i want a bit more than just sex, arent there any women who can have conversations???

Yesterday I had to go to traffic school to take car of a recent speeding ticket. I didn't really dress up or anything (just expecting a bunch of old people, or idiots, not really sure what to expect actually) and also went into the class all hung over. Sure enough, there is a hott girl in the class and guess where she decides to sit? Yes, right next to me. She could had picked any other seat but she picked to sit right next to me. Although I had a little small talk with her, I didn't feel as comfortable or confident (it could had been that I didn't dress myself well, or did my hair that day) and totally missed the opportunity to get her number. I'm kicking myself for it now, but yes, I know how you feel.

Although, other than that, I've been doing pretty good. It just sucks when these types of things hit you by surprise. I guess I should try and look my best from now on anytime I leave the house, or just hit on girls whether I feel like a dirt bag or not. Haha.

I've had experiences like this before. Golden opportunities to get numbers missed because they happen so fast and catch you off guard. I guess experience it the best teacher - always be aware of your surroundings and potential opportunities.

Don't beat yourself up about it man. And in regards to your dress -- don't underestimate yourself or overtly discredit yourself because of some drab attire.

It's ironic that some hottie will be interested in you when you're hung-over @ss has crawled out of bed vs. struggling at some social scene where you've taken the time to fine-tune your appearance, etc...in fact, if she's into you when you're looking like sh!t...this is a good sign Because when you do dress up you'll blow her away

Note to all -- next time some girl is giving you IOIs and you are lacking confidence due to neglect of clothing/hygiene for that day: Ignore it, assume the attraction and see if you can number close! You'll be even more attractive the next time she sees you!
