It's the Posterior......or where the "funny bone" is. I believe he said two or more folds, indicate they are clearly over thirty. I confirmed it, with some of them. A dermatologist even said the elasticity of women's skin becomes more flaccid, past age 30.....hence the "pleating".

Ever seen a woman past 70? Their elbows/knees look swollen.....the bags are so piled-up.

Personally,

I prefer the 28-32 range as they are the equivalent of a 35-42 range man.

Anything younger than 25, I really don't care for. Nice to look at them or go in a one-night-stand...but not worth a relationship or "dating".

I would not call any woman under 25 "semi-older".
