"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I was in a bus and there was hot chick, i think she was 15/16/17 (15 is legal here) or something like that, or maybe even 18-19. (im 22 so who cares) sitting couple meters in front of me (but more on the left). ps she didnt look like a typical 15, maybe she even was 25 but thing is her body was really tiny so i doubt.

I looked her in the eye and she looked in my. 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, 6s and she went submisive (look smwhere else) then she looked again at me, i kept my eyes on her for a while and then I looked somewhere else (she went submisive before me so no point looking like a creep).

since that i didnt dominate the eye stuff anymore but I noticed she looked at me a lot of times (and so did I look at her because she was sexy and cute).

In my mind i was thinking about her and I noticed both my body (and telephone in my hands as well) changed direction to her... I didnt control that, it would just happen subconsciously probably because i really liked her look and was thinking about her.

Even better thing is that her body changed direction to me as well lol.

She left on some bus stop. I didnt see if she checked me because someone bigger was in front of her.

But thing is we didnt smile so I didnt know if I should approach or not, it would be weird

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

It might help if you were in a more.... sociable mood?

As soon as a woman gives you eye contact, you want to 'turn up the volume'. This should not even really be a conscious act, but more an automatic response... and it would be automatic because you are attracted to her. No attraction, no response.

Here's an example:

I sit down in Starbuck's today to do some reading and write a few posts. Whilst writing, I looked up to find a woman at the next table staring at me. I do not look away, nor do I just hold the stare, but immediately grin back at her. She breaks into a smile. If she was not with her family, I would have struck up a conversation. Forget 'seize the day', think 'seize the moment'.

How to become more sociable? Read a lot... and even write. I find after writing, I am slightly manic and in the mood to meet new people. I think what writing does is it puts you in touch with a more 'Platonic' world, or the 'Universal Self', or 'where the wild things are', where meaning resides. It thoroughly permeates and dislocates the ego, and one becomes one with the world... if that makes any sense.

You are too much in your head.

If you've never cold approached before (sober), there's a decent chance that it will turn out weird. You just have to accept that.

My first one went great, and my second was a complete train wreck. Third went great, and fourth was another embarrassment. It's really up and down like that early on.

Public transport puts more pressure on, so I would suggest practicing in the street instead to begin with.
I agree bus adds more pressure but she was sexy af and looked a lot of times at me. I feel like it was 100% win if I talked to her just because of how many times she looked at me (you dont obsesively look on ugly people right) . On the street you just have maybe one look and you never know. She also had her earphones on

Oh I see i need to automate that smile. Sure if she grins back then thats good confirmation of possible interest. I do not like writing but I noticed if I do anything like reading (kepts me busy and I dont have a feeling of wasted time for example when traveling in a bus for 60min) then im in more happy mood. i wouldnt say it socialise me ha-ha. maybe nofapping socialises me because i feel more like talking with people

If you think twice, you have given her time to think twice... and then you have twice the work cut out for you. It all lies in the art of spontaneity.... and, in turn, this more often than not lies in the particular mood you happen to find yourself in.

You mention Nofap. This is a crucial element as not observing it is a major mood-killer.
