Do you let yourself cry over women? I'm not talking about bawling in front of her or other people, but in the privacy and silence of your own place?

I used to let it all out. By nature I'm overly sensitive and very prone to AFC-itis, so it's been a battle to surmount that mindset. However, I think one of the most powerful tools I've discovered has been my ability to NOT cry over women. I'm talking just normal everyday B*****T with the girl I'm dating or seeing. The kind of stuff that in the past would drive me into deep, tearful sentimentality. Part of my transformation into a self-respecting man has been the very important ability to take a deep breath and hold those tears back while believing and relying upon my inner strength to carry me through without acting like a big baby.

I'm of the opinion that if you allow yourself to cry over every slight, you are undermining the stoic nature of your masculine personality and it will affect your interactions long after you have wiped your tears away. Just because you are crying in a dark room and there is no one to hear you, you are still carrying that psychic pain with you into your daily interactions.

Does excessive crying weaken you? I believe it does. Of course there are situations where crying would be understandable, but I believe they are few and far between.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Only time I've cried in the past few years was when my mother had a cancer scare. Girls just don't hit me on that emotional level.

Do not be weak like Anakin Skywalker crying at the end at himself for being an AFC.

I shed no tears as I use my face to cackle as my enemies are destroyed one by one...

That is the way of man.

I think its ok to cry when there is something going on with a loved one. There is nothing wrong with showing emotion. But, cry when its a good reason to. I think we forget that we all have masculen(sp?) and feminen qualites.

When it comes to emotional pain like rejection, I don't cry. So she doesn't want to go out with me, her loss. I think it's understandable when you have an emotional tie to someone and that person leaves you(wether by passing on or whatever).

Crying can be healthy when its warrented, just not for spilling your milk! :)

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I recently got out of a 2 year relationship, and there were a couple times when I cried when I was alone. Despite her problems, the girl had some really good qualities and cared about me a lot. There were things she did that made me really happy, and I knew that was now over.

Other than that, I don't cry over girls. A girl not calling back, or not wanting to go out with me, is a far fvcking cry :)D) from something that would make me cry.

Tear over something as pointless as rejection is pathetic. If someone you actually care for or care deeply about is hurt or dieing, go for it, bawl your fvcking brains out, but don't cry over girls, if you have to let it all out, bash something or break shyt.

It's OK to cry if you really feel like you need to in private but it's better to make sure you get your life and situation with women handled so you'll never have the need to cry again.

I cried when I realized it was over with the first girl I had a relationship last year but since then I've been working on myself where I don't think I'll ever need to cry over a girl again.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Now... that's not true. No one is born naturally overly sensitive. It was something that you learned just like everything else that you think. Just like no one is born masculine or funny or anything at all that defines personality. All your personality was learned through sensory experience. The way you act, the way you think, the things you do, and everything inbetween is from your social environment.

Your over sensitivity was learned and taught to you. And that's the end of that.

Crying doesn't help me, all crying does is blur my vision so I can't see what I really need to grasp and get a hold of. I haven't cried in a long time, but unless I'm somehow overly swept with emotion, I don't plan it.

I have been brought up being told that men don't cry, so i have cried very few times in my life. Last time i cried must have been when i was 10 or less. I had tears in my eyes a few times afterwards, but never cried for real.

I also have come to discover the following:
- Girls CLAIM that they dont mind their man to cry from time to time, as it's something normal.
- However, i overheard saying that girls actually mock guys who cry and think of those men as weak/wimps, etc...

Stuff to think about...

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
