"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Men should call/text women they are romantically involved/interested in only if they have a reason to ie. setting up a date. Calling women to "see how they are" is AFC behaviour.

I argued this point with a friend last night, he feels otherwise.

What are your views?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Unless your friend is really good with girls you shouldn't even consider his opinion. Besides one of the worse things you can do would be call a girl just to say hi

My thoughts exactly. Although I am curious as to what to do if a girl I am romantically involved/interested in calls or texts me to see how I am...indication of High Interest on her part?

She could be flirting with you. A lot of girls do that so you have to be on the look out for sunshines

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

If a girl texts you just to say hi. That shows a high interest level. It means she's thinking about you. That never has been a problem with me. Just don't respond right away, keep you in her mind throughout the day. Then call her back to set up a date.

LTR may be different, sometimes the couple will become best friends and usually tell each other EVERYTHING.

LTR may be different but she ain't your best friend and you shouldn't tell her everything.

That is the problem with LTR, guys start to think of their girl as their best friend and start to treat her as such and she loses interest. Remember you are friends with her because of the relationship and if the relationship goes south so does the friendship.

Don't talk on the phone too much because all you are doing is feeding her attention. Save that for real time after you finished fvcking her and she wants to have a little pillow talk before you dose off.

Women are like plants. You've got to nurture them to keep them healthy. If you don't they will more than likely gravitate to someone who does give them attention.

I'm not saying be just call to see how they are doing, call them to tell them what YOU are doing. They enjoy some type of engagement with you even if they aren't actively a part of it.

This is extremely important if you are seeing multiple women at once. You can't be with all of them all of the time so that is why its imperative that you reach out and touch them via phone or text periodically. Even though you aren't seeing them often, you have to make them feel as if you are to keep them interested.

In the long run it's easier to have them hang out with you on your schedule when they feel that you aren't just calling them because you don't have a date. This may be different for teenie boppers who don't have a social calendar, but for a woman that can easily find something else to do it makes sense not to show them that they are just a 'fill in.'

You gotta have balance dude, treating her like a friend which means not being intimate with her will make her lose interest in you as well.
