"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

one way to boost confidence..is to get into your own routine...

after you have exstablished your daily life the way YOU WANT IT TO BE. then you can deviat from that FOUNDATION YOU HAVE BUILT..if those devations dont work...then you can always start right from the high level you set urself at..and let things go min by min instead of day by day or week by week!

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Its human anture to fall into a routine. I dont do it. I rather take each day as it comes and always try something diffrent. If you set in a routine you will get bored with your life.

May be a single routine won't help, you have to have some for each situation. But if you are spontaneous, always helps.
It's like chess.
You know the openings but at some point you have to play different for each game, fitting your opponents moves. So, I agree with you rather than the "I act always in a different way" theory. Cause it's just a theory. As you said, it is impossible to apply in reality

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

You make assumptions and take what I say out of context. I did not say try something new each day and I especially don’t like people putting words in my mouth. So next time control you’re self.

Routines are boring. If you get into a routine day in day out everything will be the same and eventually you will be 50 you will look back at your life and say "where did all the time go?"

Me, I won’t have that problem. Why? Because I take each day as it comes and do things differently. They may be small things they may be big but I go out of my way not to fall into a routine. I am in no way saying that each day I do something different. That is idiotic and impossible. What I am saying is I try to differentiate each day from the other.

For some people with emotional/mental problems it may better suit them to fall into a routine. I am guessing you have some kind of emotional or mental problem. No offence intended.

For the most part (if you are of sound mind and body) falling into a routine WILL make your life easier but whoever said easy is fun. You will never progress if you don’t challenge your self and being in a routine makes life less challenging.

Also its more fun when there’s some drama in your life. Routine robs you of drama. Think about it all the AFCs are in routines.

true...but they are in bad routines..there is a differnce between going on with a great daily thing..

and waking up to the same hell.

im not saying i dont believe you...we obviously have diff philosifies..I just dont want to give the afc;s some false hope of how it can be.

I agree our philosophies are completely different. I mean you believe in Love (you were sayign about your GF yesterday) and I don’t, I also think I remember you saying you are religious and I am not. So maybe falling into a routine suits your lifestyle but it doesn’t suit mine.

This is probably why we are having conflicting opinions.

But like I said I don’t appreciate anybody putting words in my mouth and no matter the difference in our philosophies and beliefs I am sure you can understand that.

Anyway it’s all good.

acutally im not religious at all..rigth now im borderline agnostic(with high christian values and morals) and part a believer..I used to be athiest.

anyways I do believe in love..because I feel it around me..wether its my family or friends.....its love.

it just so happens a women love is different....its deeper then your friends and its more sensual and private than your family....its not as high as it starts out to be and its not as low as it seems to be either....just my opinion.

as for getting women...to me confidence and attitude mean just about everything
