Do u guys have anti gluten anti dairy diets>>?

hi

sorry, the shower filters clean out all the impurites

the reverse osmosis water, is just clearn water.

the anti gluten is basically no breads or pasta,

the anti dairy diet is basically no milk or cheese, ice cream ect

these foods couse stomack blaoting and people can have allergies to them or cant metabolize them properly,

You can build muscle perfectly well on a gluten-free, dairy-free diet, if that's what you're asking.

Using shower filters is just paranoid.

Reverse osmosis water is just a waste of money.

Gluten is a protein (i think) found in wheat and rye
