pretend you are a foreigner or a stranger !! neg her humor her preplan the convo with two or three contengencies use the same opener day in day out ( until it becomes part of you )

phone calls
always do your telephoning at the same time twice a week block off all negative thoughts ( re 3 second rule ) and get on with it
first call just thank her for her help humor her don t ask for a date yet just build up rapport ( no real anxiety on u r part then )

second call
ask for the date
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

forget about your so called limitations and get on with the call !! you ll sure feel a tad nervous but you ll basically be ok !!! Afer making those calls , you ll feel on top of the world !!! it ll do your confidence a body of good
