Do I have a chance with my Ex's friend?

I broke up with my ex about a month ago, and she has a very sexy friend that I would love to have sex with. I see this girl around and she gives the eye and flirts. (damn she is so sexy) I think she wants to mess around, but she is afraid that my ex girlfriend her friend would find out about it and get angry. I am very confident about getting to her but I don't want to turn in to a chump trying to sweat this girl. I don't know how far that sisterhood bond goes. I feel that when I get her in the right circumstance she will forget about my ex-girlfriend (her friend) and we would have sex. I just wanted to get someone's else advice. thanks
