"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hey dudes, been reading this the last two days, some decent advice on here so figured always a good chance to learn more... not too bad at the whole game deal, just got a lot of kinks that need ironing, and I need the right chick to do it for me..

but anyways, known this girl for about a week, just a bit of fun at the moment, and was supposed to go out with her again last night.. fell asleep and missed her call. not too much of a hassle, just wondering if I bother playing the whole phone game (ball in her court deal) and wait for her to call again or give her a ring and explain why I didnt answer...

not a life or death situation, I'm just interested in learning more about the whole Push/Pull kinda deal (if that applies to this), so yeh, opinions appreciated.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Okay, dude dont bother explaining to her why u ddnt answer her call unless she asks you why you ddnt pick up. Then u can tell her u passed out on urr bed because of exhaustion or whateva

Call? Well that depends if you have time to call or not. One thing did she tell u that she was gonna call that time? If so, and if i was in your shoes, i'd wait till she called back. If not call her back tommorrow night or whenever you feel like it.

Btw what part of Aus you from? :D

well she went to dinner with her folks, and I told her to call me after she was finished, so it was all in the open kinda deal.. so thinking if I dont call it'll show lack of interest a bit too much (considering its pretty early in), or it'll work in my favour and get her a bit more interested coz I dont currently care about her that much... not sure about the politicking involved with phone calls and **** as yet.

Isolated, in answer to where in Australia.. stuck up in Perth... damn you east sider ****s.

Call her and pretend like nothing happen and if she asks why you didn't pick up the phone, tell her you didn't feel well and went to sleep (in essence you are not lying to her because if you force your body not to sleep, you will not feel well).

In order to avoid this again with a girl, don't schedule dates on days you know she will be buzy and calls you in the end of the night for a hookup. You are the one that makes the dates and have the buzy life and therefore you should be calling and making the date based on your free time and not hers.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
