Do I bulk or do i cut?

Do i try bulking or cutting? I'm 5'10" 160lbs. I have a beer belly, and facial fat that i'm trying to get rid off. My arms and legs are pretty skinny? which way do i go?

Eat clean and workout, but lean more toward cutting. You'll find that you will appear to be bulking to others. Others will notice you in better shape and assume you are bulking when in fact you are cutting.

Do you have a way to measure your body fat perchantage, HavM? That would give us a better image of if you need to cut or bulk.

Based on your weight, I would say you need to bulk. You need to eat clean and bulk. I'm currently 5'9, 180 lbs and still bulking for another month.

That is all just my opinion though.
