I usually text a fair bit with women Im dating casually, but you dont want to overdo it. Sure, text to say hi and keep a light convo during the day if you must. But for the most part, unless shes your girlfriend, you dont want to have long conversations that arent in person.

You should have a life that involves friends, family, working, and other women. You should be busy enough where you dont wonder "am I talking to this one girl too much".

Dont sweat that she hasnt hit you up today. Do your thing and let her get back to you.

I have a girl that needs to be starved of attention, with added dread. It only drives her closer, trying to pursue me.

There is a different one that's the opposite. For this one, as long as her response times are shorter than mine I keep talking. If you drown them in attention they want nothing to do with you.

In my experience yes if your casually dating or if she is very interested then she will more than likely contact you at least once a day

Saying that chicks who have good game don’t feel comfortable texting guys all day long as they know it can come across as needy and desperate

Generally you will know in your gut whether the text convo with her is flowing nicely or not judge buy your own means

Don't forget that most women are not oblivious to the rules of the "game" and therefore do not want to come across as needy or clingy so they keep their texts in check. Which is why over-texting on a guy's part just looks flat-out ridiculous to them.
