I guess in general it should not be too different than socialising with other guys. If both are introvert than it's better and if both are extravert it's also better. A mixture of both might have a lower chance.

It it feels like an uphill battle I don't think it's really worth it unless your a competitive guy. It's too exhausting.

Ideally you don't want her to be another job for you. If you are hunting for experience you can test it.

I don't think an introvert girl cares much about fun. If she can talk about the book she read she might find it more exciting.
