“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Every time I have anything made with whey protein (or whatever it is in things like Muscle Milk, Gatorade G3(the new recovery one), etc) I always think to myself,"This tastes a little weird". It's not a "I wanna throw up" taste but it sort of leaves an aftertaste the more of it I eat (which btw I just cannot do; it tastes even worse)/drink.

So do any of you actually like the taste of it? Is it an acquired taste? Any ways to stomach more of it?

The current protein powder I have is milk chocolate flavored. I always mix it with milk. It taste like a milk shake to me. It could be the brand, flavor or just your taste buds. I have had some horrible tasting protein powder during high school.

LOL, broscience is not real man. Milk has casein, slow digestion protein and calcium which you need unless you want bone thinning in your old age. Plus milk adds good fat, carbs and proteins to your whey shake. Milk is fine. You need dairy.

I have a casein allergy which has lead to me completely cutting dairy from my diet. Sure, I miss out on the easy calories, but that's it. Casein is overrated and you can get calcium from other sources.

omfg I hear this ***** **** all the time.

my body building supplements taste bad.

bro, what the ****? you sacrifice like choke hours in the gym and worried about a little taste of chocolate?

anyway, cheap protein has a gross aftertaste, Ill give you that. try cytosport stuff from costco. its as cheap as you will find and tastes not half bad and no aftertaste and no farts or weird doodoo hours.

I shop around for deals on Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey and Dymatize Elite. They are both very clean proteins that taste great, but are also generally priced higher. Myofusion is also good and is typically cheaper - it's a protein blend, meaning it also has casein and egg proteins. You won't go wrong with any of these as far as taste goes.

I found out that most of the choccolate taste protein powder mix really good with milk and its actually a pleasure to have them for breakfast.

The problem has been to find out a protein powder for the post workout which was satisfying in quality and taste at the same time taken with water.
I actually found one which taste really great in my personalized post-workout shake, the only problem is that its not exactly too cheap.

Anyway back to your question, its a matter of personal taste, of quantities and ration between liquids (milk/water) and proteins.

Anyway we dont take those powders for the taste but to feed our bodies when it needs.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Just mix chocolate flavour with milk. I have it all the time cause I'd rather have that than plain milk.

Muscle Milk Vanilla Creme is absolutely delicious. Few proteins are truly hunger and palate pleasing as the Cytosport Muscle Milks.
Heavenly.
