"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Or do they dislike each other, and feel resentful if one is slightly more dominant than him?

I've found that guys who typically exhibit alpha male qualities usually do not get on with each other or like each other very much - especially when there are females around...

Your thoughts?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

nah, I don't think they usually do. at least I don't

Did you ever watch the Lion King and see how everyone treated Scar? He had to hang out with the freakin' hyenas instead of the other lions.

Most if not all of my close friends are alpha males...Almost all are/were current or former athletes, almost all work out, all are in professional degree programs or are professionals.

Not to sound like an a-hole..but generally speaking I won't associate closely with anyone who isn't "alpha" in my books. I wanna be friends with guys that are very into fitness, intelligent, determined, funny, and have have outstanding confidence. I hate weakness, mediocrity, and "average-ness"...

Even in social settings, I feel much more confident when I'm with more "alpha" guys than other lesser specimens :p ...

bah, i hang out with anyone who is nice and who shares any commonality with me at all

But bossy people I tend to clash with...I don't even think I'm that bossy; I just don't like taking crap.

in fact, it's my new year's resolution to take LESS crap from others this year. And thereby become more alpha.

None of you a**holes are alpha males.

There are no alpha males who read internet message boards on how to date more women.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Not really, some just want to learn why chicks dig us and not other guys, thats all.

I like what fugly said, I tend to only try and hang out with other people who I feel are equal to me or better then me, yea there are guys that are better then you are. Hanging out with people that you can just vibe out are weaker then you sort of kills the buzz of having fun, they always have something to cry about.

I will hang out with geeks and all but man they suck at doing anything but talking about lame things.

And on a side note many of my friends have said that when I walk into a room within a few minutes everyone knows or everyone can just feel that I'm the big man in the room, its weird because all I do is walk in and greet everyone and start talking.

But I've learnt that people can tell who are the real men and the weak boys, its not that hard. BTW I hate the word alpha its sorta degrading.

I do like the point about alpha males not reading internet message boards about dating...but hey, constant self improvement is one of my core underlying driving forces.

I like to learn and contribute as I go along. Also the social psychology of attraction is totally fascinating in my books.

I knew that most guys who post here are 10's, but I had no idea everyone here was alpha too.

calling someone an alpha male in a country like the USA is like calling a house cat a lion of middle class one story ranch house.

I hate the term "alpha male" altogether because people then associate the behaviour with the term alpha.

Alpha is a pattern of thinking (alpha waves) and if you learn to master that pattern of thinking, all other aspects of your life will change around it.

Incidentally, alpha patterns are found most commonly when someone is relaxed--which means things like Zen Meditation and Yoga can pull you into an alpha state. THIS IS HUGE. Why? Because things like Zen Meditation and Yoga are very non-confrontational and easy to learn for the "chump".

That's a good point. It would be a little silly to call myself an alpha, I suppose. But still, the times when I'm *acting* alpha tend to piss certain other dominant guys off. That's what I was getting at.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

It depends on the situation. I get along with other alphas for a while. Typically alphas are the first to act and have their own agendas which they adhear too. More often then not if I'm after the same girl(s) and one steps on my toes, well i'm pretty forgiving and patient with most. However if the same guy keeps driving on my road, i'll put him to the wall if I have to in order to get the goal.

Then again some alphas are keen on this whole "team work" thingy, so teaming up can work from time to time.

And I suppose no hot women use the internet to discuss their relationships either.

Okay, I don't know if this means I'm alpha:
On a regular basis, I become an automatic leader. People follow me, respect me and look up to me. I have a very dominant personality and everybody around me accepts it and knows it, and as a matter of fact likes it. When I am this leader, girls tend to have a crush on me, follow me around and all that.

I like to have alpha males around me as friends. Quite simply because I feel I can actually respect them. For some reason, most alpha males will also quickly accept me as their leader and listen to me.
I also have a lot of beta males around me, who I protect as much as I can. My respect for these guys is usually a lot less, but they're still my friends.

For those of you who can't get along with alpha males, think of this:
Keep your friends close, but keep your enemies closer.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
