"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Get that down to 225 and it's spot on.

It's not hard to get to that weight. Follow protocol and don't stop no matter what.

Kids that weigh a buck 80 soaking weight that think they're the ****? I don't get it. What have you to be proud of?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I agree with honey shark about those insecure guys that hide behind their muscles. Most of the people i see working out at the gym are big bulky short guys that are trying put on more weight.

"He's only big cause he uses steroids", "he only works out cause he's insecure", "he's only rich cause his parents left him alot of money", "she's only famous cause she slept her way to the top", "he only gets girls cause he has money/looks/nice car etc."

People who talk like this are haters who put other people down cause their lives are shyt. Don't make excuses for being a loser.

If you want to have a nice body and the best way for you to get that is by using steroids then by all means.................don't let anybody bring you down. I call these people dead weight cause they always want to bring you down to their level.

I'd have to say subtlety is the number one thing. DON"T talk about working out. If she mentions you have a nice body just say thanks. Don't take this as a signal to start ranting about how much you work out or your diet. And even if you are on a strict diet, when you are out with her have some fun. Have a couple drinks and get some apple pie for dessert........... don't act like some tight ass whose so worried about what he eats. It'll make her feel self-conscious. You have ALL week to make up those extra calories.

And please whatever you do, DON'T wear those super-tight, guido, extra-smedium shirts. Just dress normal. I can't stand seeing those buffed guys walking around a club with a ginny-t on. Ever notice how they are never with a chick? If you have a lot of muscle, believe me it will show through a regularly sized shirt. Leave something to her imagination. Just imagine the look on her face the first time you guys get intimate and you take off your shirt. If you must show off your body then at least take her to the beach where you are supposed to be wearing next to nothing.

I'm pretty built myself and I can tell you first hand that it can be harder to pull chicks when you are diesel. Girls are easily intimidated. Ever see a really hot girl and you think you are going to try to be different by not showing her any attention cause every other guy is drooling over her? Well girls do that too. If you are very good-looking they think you are banging a different chick every week. They rather reject you than be another notch on your belt.

Also just relax. Guys with muscles always tend to stand around posing like someone's about to take their picture. Try to get over yourself a little and forget about how built you are. Relax your shoulders and be easy. Believe me, models aren't the most interesting people in the world so don't try to act like you are one.

Well that's about all I can think of for now. Remember looks get you in the door, personality is what gets you to the bedroom
excellent stuff

I guarantee you that most chicks will not be thrilled to learn a man is on roids. Using steroids for athletic performance or physical improvement is still stigmatized in mainstream society as "drug abuse" and "cheating".

Peace.
that is true and oddly alot these same girls have no problem with a guy smoking, drinking alot, or using recreational drugs

but if you use steroids watch out:rolleyes:

Oh i see. The fact that he has a body and is building it up with muscle doesn't make him a bodybuilder. Mmm hmm.

To be a bodybuilder you have to make it your life apparently. And be 35. Same as you can't be the u.s. president until you're 35.

If you're not 250+ lbs you're not worth mentioning!

Women for the most part don't care about huge muscles. They appreciate a decent build but beyond that it's just the law of diminishing returns to the point of "what's with this freakishly large guy?"
Bodybuilding in its most general sense means you are building muscle. But in a more professional sense, if you are a bodybuilder, you are doing a lot more than working out. You are eating in the correct way to build muscle, taking supplements, and monitering your overall health. In effect, you are maximizing your muscle building limits. Those that work out are in to weight lifting. They are not bodybuilders. You become a bodybuilder when you are training for competitions and/or you make lifting your life.

IF you're working out 3x per week after work/ class and you want to build muscle, you are not a bodybuilder.

If you get up, eat bfast, 3 hrs later eat chicken, 2 hrs later eat a protein bar, 3 hrs later eat a breast of chicken and your flax seed oil, 2 hrs later take your creatine, protein shake, and other supplement, then you go to the gym, then come back and eat pasta and some chicken, only to take another protein shake, and go to bed. Now you are a bodybuilder. BIG DIFFERENCE.

Some of you will disagree with this statement, but its my opinion. And I have a feeling a lot of guys that are 'bodybuilders' don't want the word to be thrown around like its nothing.

Thank You Wiseman.

Bodybuilding is a LIFESTYLE. Most people do not have what it takes to be a bodybuilder, not that there is anything wrong with any of you who are not. I myself am 5'6" and am totally natural and I find it very offensive to hear people stereotype something that they know very little about.

You are talking about someone being insecure because they have big muscles?!? Thats one hell of an assumption! Thats like me assuming everyone that smokes cigarettes smoke crack too. In my opinion anyone who thinks in this way is the one with the insecurity problem. The reason I am into Bodybuilding is not because I am 5'6" and was picked on in highschool or have a chip on my shoulder or because my daddy didnt love me:cuss: I love the Discipline it take to become a successfull bodybuilder.

Bodybuilding is Dedication. A Direct result of bodybuilding is confidence, orginization, focus, healthy lifestyle, and YES an great looking body.

Anyone who is going to tear into some one for trying to better themselves are just plain pathetic, Jelousy at its worst. I thought thats why everyone was here, to better themselves.

No, because Bodybuilding is very serious to those that are into it. There is a huge difference between a Bodybuilder and some guy who gets together with a bunch of his friends at the gym to see who can lift the most.

There is a difference between a Bodybuilder and a Pro Bodybuilder. I dont compete but still consider myself a bodybuilder. One of these days I might compete in a local show just for fun who knows.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

There was a discussion on a bodybuilding forum I frequent, about who you consider to be a bodybuilder. And most replies were: If you are training to change your body composition (bigger) then yes you would be a bodybuilder. It's not just the pro's or people that compete.
