DJ chrome extension: no ads

got fed up with the ads and images so I just made a chrome extension to filter everything.

to use it, download, unzip and read the README to install it. contents:

arghhh just founds some more bugs that need tweaking

some fixes but couldn't get the filter to run 100% of the time when the back button is pressed. if you don't use the back button when navigating you will be golden.

I just use adblock and a managed DNS service on my router for epic results... I don't even have to run antivirus like that.
