“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I am on day 15 of kicking a 10 year Skoal habit. ****ing can a day. I'm staying strong but my mind is trying to trick me, sneaking thoughts that after 2 weeks it would be ok to just have a pinch.

This is a health issue, tobacco use of any kind is a dangerous and nasty habit.

Anyone here battled with this, and when does it get easier? When do the physical cravings fade out?

I sure could use a motivating success story or two, please! :)

Start treating yourself to really good food. I'll be surprised if you don't suddenly start finding the flavours so much more appealing after you stopped smoking.

EDIT: Wait, that's chewing stuff, right? Should have the same effect on your tastebuds though.

I used to chew a little bit but never had a problem quitting. It is addictive, though. I guess I never chewed frequently enough to get hooked hard.

I agree with Espi---tobacco has been proven over and over again to be carcinogenic and cause various chronic and often terminal health problems. That's all the reason I needed.

I used to smoke when I was a teen as well...quit that after 2.5 years. Never looked back.
