Dislike GF's Friends

I've thought about this a while dating my gf, and I'd like to hear some comments.

What do you do when you simply do not enjoy the company of your gf's social circle?

I'm not advert to them, but whenever I hang out with these people, it sucks because they are boring as hell.

Her female friends are just typical lame girls with no real unique character sparks, and some of the guy friends she has are just plain annoying.

I usually just avoid this friend group but want to know your opinions on this.

Do NOT let them hate you. Polite smile, keep your mouth shut, if you have to. I may have made that mistake in my last LTR, where her gf's thought I was a jerk.

Something else is going on here.

There has to be *something* good about these people. I think you should find out what that is and learn to enjoy it. In the long run if you two stay together, eventually all her friends will get with people and start to get busy with their own lives anyway.

In the meantime just try to find the good in these people, think of them as smoozing practice. If they cross a certain line, then maybe some other action is required?

And if the annoying is intentional, that means they know you are going to get the girl and they hate that. The guys will sometimes be annoying hoping and wishing you have a weak frame and will crumble and run away so they will have *one last chance* to spread their genetic seed, so don't fall for that. Guys who can actually get girls *annoy* these men just because of jealousy and the level of desperation many men feel. Things like this are a good sign, to make matters even better don't be shaken by it but smile knowing you are on the right path.
