"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I don't think so. The term 'masturbation' is not mention anywhere in scripture, nor does it make any specific reference to it.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Lastman's argument about lust is the closest thing to masturbation that the Bible mentions

Last Man Standing said:
It is a biblical sin due to it's lustful nature in thinking of sexual fantasies with women in your mind. As a man thinketh so is he! Fornication of the mind -so to speak.
that's arguable, but I'm not overly convinced myself, and I know the Bible pretty well. I personally think that the arguments about lust don't mean that sexual desire or feeling is sinful. It's the overt desire to sleep with another man's wife which is considered "adultery" of the mind, similar to coveting someone else's goods with intent to steal.

The Onan spilling his seed thing was more about being disobedient. That is the only reference, and it is often misconstrued as being anti-wanking.

http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/337801

At this time of the bible when a women is widowed, the brother is required to give the woman a child. Onan did not want to give her a child. Instead of being honest about this, he was treacherous and used withdrawal as a method of birth control.

The best religious arguments against masturbation would be references to lust and sloth.

Now if you ever actually want to get women, especially if you are not having much success, it is a bad idea. It will make you lazy and overly picky.

I'm going to go cvm in my gf's mouth now. You guys enjoy your hands.

That Onan arguement is best used for concraceptive sex or birth control than masturbation.

How is masturbation related to lust and sloth? Define lust in the context of masturbation and how lust is involved in an incoherent fantasy.

Or worst - you may like using your hand to get off and when confronted with a real vagina, you may not get a proper erection or may lose the erection after a few tries because you are trained to use your hand to satisfy yourself.
That is why it's a bad idea.

Bacteria become resistant to antibiotics through PROCREATION.As bacterias procreate, their offspring contain DNA from both parents. This allows for a completely new organism to be created. You come from your mum and dad, don't you?But you're not the same, you are different because you have been procreated. This is the same for bacteria and also please notice you cant spell procreation without CREATION

You sound like one of those ignorant atheists who puts all their faith in that IDIOT charley darwin.I feel sorry for you.
Basically what you said is that bacteria evolves to become resistant to antibiotics.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

It's only gay if you are thinking about haiving sex with men and get off by that. If you watch porn and are more intrested in the guy then the girl, if you can sucessfully help your friend who's a girl pick out a good dildo, or if find yourself saying girlfriend in a homosexual manner, I'm sorry to say you are likely on the other team now.

If you think about yourself or other girls, masturbation has few ties to alternative lifestyle.

Masturbation is not sinful but bro...three times a day? That's alot! On slow periods where i'm not getting any it's once a day TOPS. You're probobly afraid of yourself yet at the sametime abusing yourself at the same time so won't report it and thus are feeling signs of resentment and looking for help. My advice, seek the imediate female counseling. Girls like to listen to your problems if you're heart's in it, afterwards you usually get laid.

That's how you win.

So it mentions it, it's just that it doesn't mention it?

To the guy who wondered how lust is related to masturbation...Jesus said that if you look at a woman lustfully, then you have already taken her in your heart. What do you think you're thinking about while jerking it?

whatever man. I'm not gonna debate with an idiot who doesn't know how to read and who makes up facts to support his side of the argument.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I've already studied this from various sources, and you really have to hear all sides of that interpretation to make a balanced judgement. For example, if you take 11 Samuel 11 as an example, King David lusted on a neighbour's wife before she brought him in to commit adultery with her. According to what Jesus said, David's sin started when he started looking at her and allowed thoughts to ruminate in his mind and heart before taking it to the next step.

But here's the deal, he already knew that lady was another person's wife, and where it started becoming a sin is when he seriously entertained thoughts of committing adultery with her. He also had plenty of wives and concubines and had no reason to pick on a poor guy's only one wife.

That's a specific example of focusing on one particular woman in a coherent fantasy with an intent of committing adultery. Other than this particular example in the Bible, I cant find anything else to illustrate what Jesus is saying to help me interpret it in a balanced manner.

You have to make an insane stretch of arguement to apply that to every woman anywhere where you don't know if she's married or not. Or in the case of porn pics, where you'll never meet these people in real life anyway, so it's a moot point. Maybe you are just admiring a woman's beauty, and you are appreciating a natural art form.

Again, lust is hard to define. In my case, since I've never been with a woman, I don't see how I can lust on a woman since I've never been there, and thus am incapable of forming a coherent thought of 'how would this girl feel like in comparison to that girl', or "I wonder how she would be like in bed, I'd like to try her out', etc.. and actually start acting on that. However, that is not related to masturbation at all, and thus I dont see the relationship of masturbation and lust.

Ever wonder why bacteria become resistant to antibiotics? It's evolution, duuuuuuuuude.

And feel free to explain dinosaurs to us all. Especially the part in the bible about dinosaurs.
The Earth's climate was severely altered by the impact of an asteroid which killed off the dinosaurs. There's an asteroid called Apophis on course to once again, severely alter our climate when it crashes into our Earth in the year 2036. It will make a pass at us in 2029 and our gravity will pull it back into us in 7 years.

Anyhow, just make an investment in a fleshlight, dude. It looks like a vagina and it's hands-free. Problem solved.

The Bible is all for masturbation, what the **** are you guys talking about?...

First corinthians seven:eight and nine.
God said:
8 Now to the unmarried and the widows I say: It is good for them to stay unmarried and control themselves, as I do.

9 But if they cannot control themselves, they should marry, for it is better to marry than to burn with passion.

Now go 'control' yourself to your hearts content.

I don't think that's what it was referring to by 'controlling yourself', and dont think Paul as an Apostle would be doing anything of that sort and encouraging it in his letters.

Rather, if I think that what is permissible is something that may not be profitable, and that's written somewhere in the Bible. This principle means, masturbation may be vaguely permitted in some circumstances where it's helpful at preventing a more serious sin from occurring where the hormones are really out of control, but it's not spiritually profitable, or 'encouraged' to do so.

No, the Bible does not encourage or prohibit masturbating from what I read, unless I've missed something.

Colossians 3:5
Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry.

Genesis 2:18
The LORD God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him."

(He wasn't talking about a fleshlight)

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I'm withdrawing from the masturbation discussion. I'm spending too much time on the internet, and am making too many posts. I will only post on relevant matters where I need help on a stickling point.

masturbation is in direct violation of the three major religions - christianity, islam, and judaism!! every leader in each religion goes on record as saying so. just like homosexuality is a major sin for each of the above religions. each of the three religions also thinks that you should only marry virgins. quit twisting religions to fit your own pathetic lives!

Nothing wrong with wanking it.

To me masturbation is having sex with someone I love.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
