"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I work with this younger girl at a restaurant. We have hung out twice (made out the second time) but we decided to just pseudo-date. Kinda like we're friends but we would still go on dates.

Now here is the problem...
I grabbed her ass playfully today at work and she told me one of the coworkers got mad at me and wanted her to tell a supervisor.

Now this is where its going to get complicated...
We agreed that we could date other people. The relationship between us is superficial at best. She is always working and thus we hung out only twice in the past month. Plus she is very insecure around me and we hardly talk at work.

Another girl at work, she's very beautiful and is relationship material, she likes me as well and I want to date her. But with what just happened I am very hesistant. I'm afraid what will happen is if I end up dating the second girl, the first one may end up getting jealous and then end up accusing me of sexual harrassment. Keep in mind this is at a casual restaurant.

My gut is telling me to not date the second girl, no matter how great she may be. what do you guys think

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Soooo. You ****ED UP BECAUSE YOU GOT WITH A GIRL AT WORK?

And now you ARE GOING TO DO IT AGAIN?

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

I think it is a marvelous idea. Go ahead. If it didn't work before. Do exactly the same thing and it will definitelly work eventually.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

why does everybody need somebody to tell them what to do i know that is not the point to the question but the best answers we come up on our own i'm the type of guy that always likes more then one girl so i would pursue the relationship with the other girl and deny everything by saying i would not cheat on anybody or even do anything of the sort that's just me

do this the smart way, keep hitting on chicks at work, make them all uncomfortable around you, then the whole workplace can be weird, yeah, that sounds wonderful to me!

Listen to your gut.

Sarge elsewhere for another chick.

Have you ever stayed awake at night because two alleycats were fighting and hissing at each other outside your window?! well its the same thing with women. If they run into each other and know about each other, the sh1t could hit the fan.

Its best to keep the women you are dating in your life seperated and as far away from each other as much as possible.

Well working at a restaurant isn't exactly executive suite at Microsoft, so who cares. Just date her. If you get fired, find another restaurant to work at.

"Company ink" only matters when you're working at a career job.

yeah man, oh jesus i've dated or hooked up with 6 girls at my work (work at a natural foods supermarket) ...haha, yeah and it DOES tend to get weird when things go south... got 2 girls that completely ignore me and 2 that want to still get back with me (but thats not gonna happen)

but hey im quitting the job next month and going back to college... too smart to be an apple stacker all my life and take orders from some 30 year old low manager twerp...

Well, if you read between the lines of all the crap everyone's posted, they're telling you that you shouldn't go with the second girl.

Sorry everyone, but I'm not a fan of the 'don't dip your pen in company ink' bs. So long as you're smart about it there's no problem. Unfortunately by grabbing her ass in front of everyone, they may not know you two are actually dating and from their view, it comes across as harassment. Although if she was into you, wouldn't she have stuck up for you???

As for the second girl, you could handle it by telling her upfront that you've just broken off with the first girl due to her not willing to put in the effort. And try to keep any obvious physical contact out of the office. Keep that for your break or outside of work hours.

I'd say go for the second girl in your situation. You need to find out for yourself how this will end up.

The person who told the girl to tell the supervisor at work is a complete c0ck and needs to chill the fvck out.....C+F always happens at work with little flirts and stuff....

Dont worry about that bit.

As for sarging both girls. Cut off with the first before you move on the second......you dont get to see her enough and its effecting you blah blah blah.....

Then leave it a few days and game the new girl. Dont worry about being fired over it. Do it OUT OF WORK and they cant say ****......so what if its a co worker.....aslong as you act professional at work you will be fine.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

seriously, some of you guys lack basic reading comprehension.

but to everyone else that actually offered advice, thanks. The first chick is going to destin for a week. Knowing how strict her parents are and her busy schedule, I know she's gonna be letting loose at the beach, one way or another.

I can work on a better prospect in the meantime
