“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

ok quick question. i usually have dinner around 6pm-ish. then get to bed at around 11-12pm-ish then wake up at 5-6am ish when i go for my walk before breakfast. (btw does some martial arts crap count as intense cardio? ... enough to burn muscle instead of fat?)

thing is, i find myself really hungry 2-3 hours after dinner...should i just wait it out till breakky? is that good for my metabolism or digestion or whatever? or eat something?

p.s it might jsut be cause i have nothing there to begin with but how come it seems like you lose muscles near night time? like you go to the gym pump it, feel great come home, have a shower then come sleepy time and you're hungry it seems like you have nothing. thus i started getting the fear that instead of fat the state of hunger my body was in caused it to eat the muscles. this isn't true....right?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

how many meals per day are you currently eating? (should be 5-6, every 3 hours or so)

regarding your p.s., your fears are unfounded IF you are getting proper nutrition after lifting. the pump you feel right after a workout is unrelated to both size and strength of your muscles, but is simply the result of filling your muscles with blood. you should be getting nutrition right after lifting, 1-2 hours after lifting, and again at bedtime, though if you are trying to burn bodyfat you need to be choosy about what you eat right before bedtime.
