"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Fellas,

Wanted to know if you all had any tips for sustaining a conversation. I'm to the point where the approach is no longer a big deal. But the problem is, I'll go in with a few topics in mind and once they are exhausted, I'm kind of screwed. I do know to listen for things she says as jumping points to other topics, but lately I've noticed it seems to be more and more difficult.

Thoughts?

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Two points:

a) A woman who is interested will make an effort to hold up the conversation. For example, by asking questions.

b) An epiphany I had while discussing a similar point with a much older female friend: a great many people actually don't have anything interesting to say (she made the point, by the way, and she herself had many interesting things to say). If you are not that great at smalltalk, either (which is something that gets better with age, by the way), this situation is not too uncommon.

Finding yourself in a situation where you find yourself struggling to keep the conversation going with a girl is usually a combination of these two.

A further word to the wise: a woman who expects you to do all the work even in the first conversations will usually expect you to do just about everything else, too.
