"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

A better place, a better time.
That is why it is so frustrating that I am losing basically nothing now, and this is with more exercise(weight training) than just the cardio I was getting before.
This is to be expected. When you start working out you're going to gain weight. It's pretty much unavoidable. You may be staying the same weight, but if you're doing what you claim to be, it's entirely possible that you're gaining muscle at the same rate you burn fat.

That's a good thing though, because muscle is denser than fat. So while you're the same weight, you're still going to be slimmer. Take a good look at yourself in the mirror and see if you can notice that you're looking just a little bit better. It's not your imagination.

It's realistic to expect to burn a pound of fat per week if you're dieting and exercising healthily. When you start an exercise program that includes weight lifting, you will also probably be gaining muscle more quickly than you drop fat. This will continue for 4-6 weeks. Just give it time to taper off and you'll see your weight start to drop more noticeably.

One more piece of advice, stick with the lifting. When you do cardio for an hour, you burn about 10% more calories than you do lifting for an hour. BUT, over the course of the next 24 hours you're going to burn about 3x more calories as your body works to repair the damage you've done to your muscles.

I lied, one more thing. Try to amend your diet to include more protein. Lab studies have shown that of two groups doing the same cardio, the one that was required to ingest more protein dropped significantly more weight. See if you can increase it by 60-80g per day. Use chicken breast, tuna fish, lean ground beef, eggs, and milk. Fish oil does not contain protein, but will help you immensely well.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Bananas and yoghurt are bad for you? That is the first time I have heard of this one. I am interested in diet suggestions, I am going to do whatever it takes to get the ball rolling.
They are healthy for someone with a low bodyfat as they contain lots of goodies, but YOU need to keep away from simple carbs until you're lean.

- Chicken salads with cheese, rocket, cucumber, peppers, red onion, olive oil and vinegar.

- Beef stir-fry with no rice.

- capcisums stuffed with mince, herbs and finly chopped cauliflower.

- Broccoli soup.

- Fried fish with asparagus and salad

- lamb chops with steamed veggies.

- chicken omelette with broccoli

You can snack on veggies and nuts

thanks for the suggestion, I will try these. Where do you get fish oil, at the vitamin store? Is it an actual oil or in pill form? Oh, and the only thing I am drinking besides water is coffee(no sugar just half and half) and green tea mixed with lemonade, and an occasional iced mocha at the local coffee place(but I walk there)

Fish oil is usually in gel-caps but can be in lemon flavoured liquid form. You can buy the gel-caps at the supermarket where I come from.

I'd change that to black coffee only pre workout, plain green tea often throughout the day and no cheating with the mocha. But I'm anal like that, because I don't see the point in being counter-productive towards my goal.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I'm having the same problem here. Working out and cardio is great but I don't think my diet is clean enough. To be honest I haven't sat down and really made a serious plan on reducing my calorie intake and eating cleaner foods.
