Been working out consistently for around 4 months now putting on some muscle mass and getting some strength gains and I fit my clothes better now, and can significantly lift heavier then when I first started.
However, people still call me skinny which :cuss: me off as I know I'm lifting in the gym and watching what I eat as I'm about to go into a cutting phase and so a natural effect of this is obviously lower bodyfat %
People see this and are like :nono: 'Dan you're too skinny around your waist' or my personal favorite 'I can see your ribs' and I try to explain to them that in fact what they're seeing is a lean physique but they don't listen.
Regardless I want your guys opinion, am I lean or skinny? Personally I say I'm lean, I have muscle mass particularly across my shoulders and pecs and when I start this cutting phase and drop the calories I'll hopefully get down to 8-10% bodyfat for my abdominals to show. Would you agree with this thinking?
