“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I was eating a lot less carbs for a while, and Ive become skinny (working on my six pack). As well, ive been limiting the general size of my meals.

But, my parents are trying to make me get off of this "diet". They claim that if I continue this, im not going to be able to grow to my full potential. Is this true? If I eat substantially, will I grow better?

Also, Ive been really hungry lately, so I couldnt keep up this diet. Does this mean Im getting ready for a growth spurt? Cuz im just extremely freakin hungry, and im putting on back the weight i lost.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Here's the trick. Eat as much as you find your loosing weight at a steady rate (usually 2 lbs MAX a week). If your hungry, you need to change your ratios or eat more in general.

Yes, eating too little can stunt your growth. That's why any diet program you read about is for 18+. If you want a six pack, eat a normal amount to insure that you get the nutrients you need, don't eat any fast food or junk, and increase the amount of cardio you do.

1. No
2. Be a normal kid. Weightlifting can't do anything to you as long as you do it properly.

your size is affected by your DNA, not by what you eat. Thats why those shots that apparently increase the size of young kids don't make them freakishly tall its just initiates a growth spurt.

You most likely won't be shorter from a diet, you might have a growth spurt and not get the calcium needed to insure proper bone health.
