I spent the weekend in pretty much pure agony with a toothache from a internally cracked molar, which I think I pushed over the edge by how hard i gritted my teeth doing deadlifts.

Fvck diet drinks. They still damage your teeth.

I'm tough as nails.. i get injured all the time. I dislocate my knee and run straight into the outfield fence full speed to make a catch.. and i've broken bones. I barely flinch at these things and you'll see me laughing off the pain of such 'minor' things. Those are nothing compared to that damn toothache.

brush every day!
floss every day!
avoid things that damage your teeth!
listerine and hydrogen peroxide!
yessiree! i learned my lesson.

My other lesson is that i learned i need i need to associate with some more lowlife people who have access to pot and prescription painkillers.

This is like people saying "I eat ALL day but I can't gain weight!!!" and then they total up their intake and it's like 2000 calories.

Until you are taking 1.5-2 gallons+ of pure water a day and still having unhealthy yellow/brown urine, you can't say you have a problem.

some additives can do that, yes, but make sure you're hitting your 1.5-2 gallons a day..

It's better than normal soda as it's supposedly diet.

I heard different stories about diet sodas being dangerous in other aspects because of their ingredients while claiming regular coke is healthier. But I heard different opinions so personally I'm sticking with diet if I'll drink one, since I have diabetes.

Want my advice though? Cut down on that ****. Drinking too much coke is bad for you, I think even once a day is too much. Drink it but not too often, its addicting. I used to drink a lot of coke until last year until I started drinking it less. Right now a year later the last time i drank coke was about a month ago at a dinner table. I don't even want it anymore...but it sounds to me like you're addicted to it.

Your answer is it's bad for you if you drink too much of it.

Apparently what your brain calls a lot of water isn't enough. What filth are you putting in your body that constantly comes leaking out anyway if you really drink so much water? Do you take vitamins all day long or something?

That yellow you see is WASTE and toxins. Do you really want toxins sitting around in your body all the time? If it's not clearing up then it's backing up rather than you having a constant flow of waste out.

For most of us this is why our first p1ss in the morning is dark. All that waste was collecting up all night in the water.

Damn i eat a lot of protein so i see the waste products of that coming out all day but i drink enough through the morning that its running a faint yellow to clear the rest of the day except right after i take a multivitamin and the vits that are unneeded come flushing out.

You sound like one of those guys who complains they're not growing while claiming "i eat alllll day" and it turns out to be 3 bagels and some doritos.

Dude I rarely even drink anything but water. Just that and my protein shakes and that's it about all I drink.

then you're simply not drinking enough water, and/or have processed foods in your diet..

double your current water intake and see what happens.
