Hey whats up guys,

I'm currently looking for a strict diet plan but coming short when doing so.

Training:

I train at my local gym 2-3 times a week.


  • 3 sets of 20 reps Bench Press
  • 3 sets of 20 reps Tricep Extensions
  • 3 sets of 20 reps Dumnbell Kickbacks
  • 3 sets of 20 reps Dumbell Curls

  • 3 Sets of 20 reps Dumbbell Concentration Curls
  • 3 sets of 20 reps Barbell Curls

  • 1 set of 20 Captain Chair Crunches

  • 1 set of 20 Excersice Ball

  • 1 set of 20 Long arm Crunch

  • 1 set of 20 Basic Crunch

  • 1 set of 20 Half Curl Crunch

  • 20-25 minutes on the Treadmill
  • 15-20 minutes on the Exercise Bike

Diet at the moment:

Morning - cereal (Corn flakes w/ Semi-skinned Milk)

Afternoon - Tuna salad or Tuna sweetcorn sandwich (Whole weat bread) and maybe a Yogurt

Evening - Typically it would be - Spaghetti Bolougne/ Tuna Pasta/ Pizza.

Checkpoints:

I'm currently 182 lbs (13 stone) and I want to drop down to 170lbs (12 stone) by atleast April this year but at the same time replace loss of body fat with Muscle.

What are some tactics for this and a ideal diet for my model?

But I had no leisure to read the WHOLE thing.

I just need a basic Mon - Sun Diet Journal. On a basis of Morning to Evening. Based on the current exercise plan, somebody here must be able to give me a simple diet plan to start off?
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
