“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hi i am newly registered to this forum, although i have been a lurker for about a month now, i think this sites great and has some really awesome advice, even tho i am still too shy and i am not ready to aply what i've learnt, i still find it has helped me alot about being more confident and improving myself etc.

However one of the reaosn i dont consider myself "ready" is because of the way i look, for the last 2 months i've started to do weights again (i used to do them a few years ago), i am now stronger than i have ever been however i am also fatter!. my lifting stats right now are.

Bench: 110 kg's (242 ibs)
Deadlift: 120 kg's (264 ibs)
Squats: 70Kg's (154 ib's) I only started doing squats recently.....

Height: 6"
Weight:104 kg's (228.8 ib's)
BodyFat%: 20-25% (my personal estimate)

Anyways i read a few weeks ago a great post called the "Beast envolves" and followed the link, and read the articles and seen the "dont diet, diet" and was making up a diet based on that. The diet i made is this.....

Meal 1:
Cereal 3 shredded wheat (1 pint skimmed milk)
4 oz cottage cheese
Banana

Meal 2:
Whey Protein Shake (1 pint skimmed milk)
4 oz cottage cheese

Meal 3: (Post Workout)
Tuna (130 gram tin)
Whey Protein shake (1 pint skimmed milk)
Banana

Meal 4:
Fat free cheese (2 slices)
flax seed oil (1 teaspoon)
Whey Protein Shake (1 pint skimmed milk)
Chicken breast

Meal 5:
Tuna (130 Gram tin)
Flax seed oil (1 teaspoon)
Fat free cheese (2 slices)

I esimated this diet to be:
Protein: 300 grams
Carbs: 220 grams
Fat: 72 grams
Fibre: 13 grams
Calories 2878

Now i am wondering if i do sprint cardio (Hilt) 3 times a week, and boxing training (i started boxing training 2 months ago) 2 times a week, and contiune to lift weights 5 days a week, and eat this diet will i lose bodyFat %?

another concern is the diet i am on right now basically consist of breakfast, dinner and 2 whey protein shakes a day, which i worked out to be no more than.
protein: 150 grams
Calories: 2000

However sometimes i would eat alot of crappy foods aswell

considering i havent lost much bodyfat % on the 2000 caloires diet i am worried that if i up the calories too 2878 i could get even fatter lol!?. which would suck

So bascially i would like to know will i lose bodyfat on the new diet? consirdering the extra running. Is the diet good? should i change anything?

Thanks in advance for the advice!

dude...

First thing I gotta say is, with your size, and the weights you're puttin up with the other exercises, why go so light on squat? There's no way your legs are going to be that weak, and yes, you'll have to push yourself, and no one likes squats, and they hurt, and they're hard, but they're the best damn exercise you can do.

I've read that squats can even be considered cardio in some ways...

Once you get the form down, which shouldn't take more than a few sets, you should be packin on 185 to 200 lbs and doin 10 squats man. At 228 lbs of bodyweight? Shyt, you should be able to explode into squats and get it up to 10 at 230 or 240 pretty easy.

Anyway, that'll help shock your body into building muscle, and seriously, before you try anything wacko like "The beast evolves," (which yes, I read), you need to take a look into some results that seem more realistic to me, and are easier to follow.

Read DIESEL'S CUTTING GUIDE, and check this website out...

That should give you a bit of a start. I think that even with such a lean and focused diet as the one you invented, that'll put weight on your body. It may be a good way to start, but I think you might have to cut calories.

Thanks for the advice man

About the squat thing the reason why the weight is so low is because, when i used to do weights a few years ago i was one of those ****s that didn't work on my legs at all, only now have i have started to do them, so i had to start light having nothing to build on unlike the other excerises. But i am moving up fast on them, for any excerise if i can complete the all reps, with good form then i move the weight up, and with squats i've been moving up everyweek, i orginally started with 40kg's (88 ib's) not too long ago, so i am hoping in not too long my squats will be atleast the same as bench.

are those numbers your 1rm? (1 rep max?) or is that what you workout at.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Yeah it's my 1 rep max. I am always trying to improve and have really flew up in weights, just two months ago when i started i could only do 80Kg (176 ibs) bench, i guess that comes down to muscle memory, but i've already beaten what i was doing two years ago so i think it'll start to slow down now.

and about that diet, i decided i am gonna try it out, to be honest i dont mind if i cant lose weight on it. It's alot! better than what i have been eatten before, and has about twice as much protein, so it should really help i think.
