Diesel's Bulking / Definition Threads. Where are they?

guys i tried the search button and couldnt find them, i had them in my hd but lost due to a format. It was 2 threads where the user Diesel tells what to eat and do in each case: if you wanna get some definition or mass. They really are precious posts. if someone still have them please pm me.

nevermind found them in the vault, somehow the search button wasnt giving me any results with the username.
