I don't really understand the question, Demon... what do you mean exactly by "alternate effects"??

2 scoops HP + 200mg Alpha Lipoic Acid + 1 teaspoon of Glutamine = 1 scoop

making supplements cheap, like he was saying making your own cell tech by

gettin 75 grams of dextrose, sugarless coolaid powder, 10 grans of creatine, 200 mg of r-ala, and whalla you got yourself cell-tech clone which is much much cheaper...except cell-tech uses ala, which is 50% r-ala, which is ok, but not that good for raising insulin sensitivity,peace
