"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Didn't have the ideal college experience and it still depresses me, like it will never be the same.

I don't know how to describe my situation but I missed out on the college experience to a great degree, didn't get to live in dorms and was pressured by parents into commuting.

Right now in life I am doing great, have all of stuff together, make money, and all that but I feel like deep down inside I missed out on something great. Did not make a lot of friends in college, had a terrible social life, and didn't get to have fun.

It is really biting away at me now even though so much seems to go right in my life, I am in my mid 20s and feel mentally old and like I missed out on the majority of my life because I never had that social experience of college.

Is there any recovering from this sort of thing?
The "ideal" college experience is one of the most overrated things ever. You didn't miss anything that you can't make up for and then some if you take care of yourself, focus on your career and use this forum as a resource to improve your dating life.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

My thing is I don't want to have an ideal dating life as much as I would like to have an ideal social life with friends and a nice social circle.

gotcha. Well that's not impossibe. What city do you live in? Do you go out with friends from work? Do you sign up for and attend local meetup groups?, etc.

I went to a party college and was in a frat, sophomore thru senior years were the worst years of my life. I like my post college life in corporate Cuck America way better than college. College is only good for adult man children that drain off mommy and daddy's resources.

Think you guys missed my point, it isn't about banging women, it is about the social experience of making a lot of new friends and feeling like I belonged to a community.
College most certainly does not have a monopoly on that. That's what colleges want people to think so they can prey on those who can't actually afford it.

Young professional groups, alumni groups, running groups, work colleagues, etc. There are plenty of ways to have a large social circle with lots of friends after you've graduated.

In fact, I'm 32 and I know very few people who still hang out with their college friends. It's mostly work people or those who they met before or after school. Most graduates associate their college friends with the immature time in their life that they need to move past. Not all, but most.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
