"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Seems like it to me ... :kick:

A 73-year-old Italian director is suing his 26-year-old ex-girlfriend because he says she dumped him after he bought her a $775,000 Manhattan apartment.

Antonio Calenda filed the suit against Natasha Diamond-Walker in Manhattan Supreme Court, Dareh Gregorian at the New York Post reported.

"She “manipulated [Calenda] into buying her lavish gifts during the course of their relationship,” the suit says.

In May — only three months after they started dating — she asked for “financial assistance” so she could buy an apartment she wanted near Lincoln Center, the filing says."

The loan agreement said she had until 2018 to pay the money back with no interest.

Perhaps Calenda should have taken notes from George Soros on buying pricey apartments for beautiful young women. The billionaire's exgirlfriend sued him last year for allegedly reneging on a deal to buy her a $1.9 million pad.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I saw that in the papers today. The "gentleman" used gifts to get a hot piece of younger a$$ knowing full well she was only with him for the money and now wants to get it back. In his mind he was most likely loaning it to her to keep her around and never said anything to her. Now that she's spent it he wants it back. Fvck him. That moron deserves what he got. He should've strung her along and not spent a dime on her. (Though she'd most likely be the one suing him for "emotional stress" and "promises to be together" and would get a payoff anyway. Actually I don't feel sorry for either of them or any of these rich clowns who string chicks along with cash knowing full well the chick is only with them for the $$$ then cry and ask for sympathy when the chick loots their bank accounts.

The only difference between a gold digger and a hooker? The gold digger is smarter. [probably cheaper to use the hooker]
