Met this girl a few weeks ago and hit it off, i've never seen such a high IL. We talked often and by our third time out, she had pics of us on her facebook, phone wallpaper, printed a few on glossy paper, my fb wall is covered in posts from her. She'd text right after every date saying high much fun she had, can I see you again, etc. I didn't get the "clingy" vibe, just seemed like we clicked. Took our POF profiles down a few days ago. I spent the night yesterday for the second time, and she was very intimate, called me her boy, all seemed great. This morning driving home, instead of the usual "I had so much fun etc etc" she texts "Hope traffic isn't bad enjoy your day" , which I took as odd, but she was late for work. We continued to text about random stuff like normal but a bit less flirty on her part. I finally said "Hope you had fun" and she said "I did sweetie thanks again for coming over!!!" Few hours later after a cute text she tells me she's having a very stressful day and I have no idea how much that cheered her up.

Despite this I just got a different vibe from her today from the start... like lack of "xoxos", kissing symbols, less flirty, texts not as long or often. Makes me feel like something is off for sure. Her facebook updates reflected her stressful day but were still upbeat and lively. Critical note: She is an AW. Tons of friends, always texting them or me, lives on facebook, always talks about herself and gets bored easily if the conversation sways off her. Kind of conceited. We're both 28 and I kept her on her toes and wasn't "too nice".

Should I chalk this up to an off day for her and not worry, back way off, or MOVE ON before she does? Need advice..

Trust me, you are not keeping her on her toes, and you are for sure "too nice". I actually cringed while reading your post. If you are this worried about a few texts that didn't live up to your expectations, and you think that is a red flag? You are WWAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY too into this, and believe me, she can tell.

Let me get this straight, you just met a few weeks ago and already you guys have phone wallpaper, pics together on facebook, "glossy" pics of each other? WTF????????? Do you realize I have been seeing my present gf for 2 years, we are together at least 4 days a week/night, and there is not one post from her on my FB wall-NOT ONE, and not one of mine on hers. Nor do I have any pics of us together on FB, and nor do I have her pic on my phone wallpaper.

And guess what? We love each other, we just don't need the whole world to know it.

You are being way to nice, way to available, way to.....everything with this girl. You already knew she was an AW who bored easily, and yet you are doing the exact opposite of what you should be doing. That is....playing it cool. Having fun, but not showing too much. Not pretending like you two are lifelong soulmates after 2-3 weeks. Gagggggggggg.

As for your question, yes you are overanalyzing. You sound like a girl. Seriously. I see nothing she has done today to remotely think she is losing interest (amazingly). You are the one going bonkers over what you "perceive" as text messages that aren't as lovey as you would like. No xoxoxo's? No kissy symbols? Are you f'in serious???? Bro, you are so screwed here UNLESS you stop acting like a wuss.....now.

Yes, you are over analyzing.

Those texts from her on the "off" day are nothing of the sort.

Good points Cordon, thanks for being harsh. Just FYI.. I don't have sh*t of her on my phone or anything. She initiated all the picture and facebook stuff herself and I stayed out of it mostly. I play it cool by not always being available, texts arent as long or replied to right away, but I could probably back off even more. Not tying to be a girl, just pointing out why I feel things have changed because she was so consistant with them before.

She wants to cook for me friday but I told her I might be going out with friends and would let her know. I think i'll go ahead and cement those plans with my buddies...

Tips on how to proceed with an AW would be appreciated as well.

My tips are:

1. Don't date them, fvck them only. No relationship.

2. Don't date them, fvck them only. No relationship.

3. Move on.

They are not worth the trouble, believe me.

They are definitely not worth it.

I've been involved with one as a FB for just over a year now.
It's a draining experience that was fun in the beginning but
also highly predictable with ups and downs like a damn roller coaster.

On new years I chose to get off that ride & deal with someone more real.
