“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Hey guys,

Looking for some input here as I am generally a very rational guy but find that with this sort of thing, emotions can really cloud your judgment so it is always helpful to get some unbiased advice. Sorry for the length, just want to be thorough with my summary so you get the full picture before weighing in.

So I met this girl back in March and started seeing her (we'll call her June) - My early assessment was that she was extremely physically attractive - completely my type... but also extremely emotionally immature and somewhat unintelligent.

When I met her, I had just gotten out of a dynamic with another girl where I was exclusive, but not very physically attracted to her, and had noticed I had let myself fall into that arrangement a couple of times in the past and was just happy to find someone that I really liked the look of for a change.

Therefore, I continued seeing/dating June, but because I had an ingrained belief at the time that it was important to be able to have intellectual conversations with my partner and be with someone who is emotionally mature, I guess I thought there was a good chance it wouldn't work out long term between us.
I therefore told her I wasn't really looking to commit to a relationship and having restrictions/expectations/obligations imposed on me, and instead preferred the idea of just "seeing her" without all the formalities.

She took a month to get comfortable enough to sleep with me and said she had only slept with 3 guys before me as she needs to feel really comfortable with a guy first (she is 25).
That said, once we started having sex, it turned out to be consistently mind-blowingly amazing and I couldn't get enough of it.

I guess I didn't invest as much mental energy into our conversations and interactions as I would have with a girl who was the "whole package" but became hooked on the sex.
She picked up on this and suggested we stop seeing each other a few times - I convinced her to keep seeing me the first couple of times, but felt too emotionally drained by the third time and just said ok.

I booked a date with a different girl after this, and 2 days later, June showed up at my house wanting to talk and we ended up sleeping together. She said she had a new outlook on life, was now ok with just being easy-going, going with the flow and wanted to start seeing me again to enjoy the present moment without the pressure of stressing about where we were going with things.
I said that sounds great, but that I'd booked a date with another girl already. June said she didn't like sharing and basically that she didn't need a relationship but wouldn't see me if I went out with anyone else at the same time as her. I said that I understood, but given that the date was already booked in from when we were apart, I wanted to honour that and see where things went with this other girl first to be fair.

Date went nowhere, so I ended up seeing June again.

A month later, June and her friend went on a 3 week holiday to Thailand and we were talking online a lot, and I realised how much I missed her. She said she missed me a lot too and couldn't wait to see me etc. At one point she called me internationally, emotionally distraught that her friend was interested in the guy on her tour (call him Bill), but that he was interested in June and that they were getting really close, which created tension between June and her friend. She assured me that she hadn't even kissed Bill, just that he seemed really nice, they had a strong emotionally connection, he was "spiritual" like her and so they got on really well. I calmed her down and gave her some advice to help fix the situation and dynamic between everyone, which she followed to good success.

In the third and final week of her holiday, she was still messaging me a lot and telling me about how much she missed me, and things seemed great between us. Unbeknownst to me, she let Bill **** her at the beginning of her last week in Thailand.

Because she brought him up a couple more times, I asked her point blank whether she hooked up with him - she said "no, i knew it would never work out between us, he is constantly moving around... he asked me if i would go out with him if he lived in the same city as me, i said yeah sure - he is a sweet guy. i also told him about u". I asked whether she would go out with him instead of me if he lived in the same city, to which she replied "no not like that, i told him i am seeing someone n that we have good sex etc. he asked if i connected with you on that deep emotional level to which i said i don't know because i'm still getting to know u and ur not looking for anything serious etc etc"

A day later, I was messaging her talking about how much I couldn't wait to sleep with her again as I hadn't gotten any for 3 weeks now. She asked why I didn't hook up with any other girls while she was gone, I said I didn't feel like it cos I was happy with her at the moment.

On her second last day, June messaged me saying that my friend asked her friend if June hooked up with any guys in Thailand and "haha as if i'd do that". I said that i didn't think she'd sleep with any guys but didn't know about kissing. She said "no comment" and basically implied she gave Bill a "peck on the lips goodbye" but that it doesn't count and that she liked my lips better. We then spoke more and she said "if you found a pretty girl on holiday i bet you'd have sex with her". I said I would, she asked even if I was seeing her, I said "nah it is different if I'm seeing someone".
She said she probably would have gone all the way with Bill if she wasn't seeing me. I said that shocked me cos it doesn't seem like her and asked if she told him that. She said "nah, told him i was seeing u. he gets me.". I said I was a bit jealous, she said "he holds my hands while we walk around. that's all". I said I was more jealous at the fact that she knew him such a short space of time and would have slept with him already if she wasn't seeing me.

She said "well i saw him day n night for over 2 weeks so not that short... mayb i was in the holiday mood or letting my guard down... but i missed u... so maybe he was a guy replacement".

Fast forward to my overseas trip a month later, we still weren't "emotionally connected" so we sadly stopped seeing each other just before I left. She messaged me once whilst I was overseas and I struck out with ladies there (a few makeouts and a little fooling around, but no sex) so was really horny by the time I got back home. She had evidently missed me a lot and we hooked up again and saw each other again, at first it was great (aside from the fact that she said Bill was coming here to visit her next year), but it quickly became different this time, like I had a lot less patience for her immaturity and bull****, so by mid-October we had a pretty big fight and ended it "for good".
She wanted to stay friends, keep me in her life and keep talking to me, but I said that it is impossible to move on under those circumstances, so need to cut all contact with her until we'd both fully moved on (however long that took). We said our goodbyes and I disabled facebook chat for her, changed my settings so activity about her didn't show up in my news feed, and we deleted each other's phone numbers.

This was fine and I even started sleeping with a new girl a few weeks ago, but that just made me miss the sex with June even more and remind me of how amazing it was and how pretty I thought she was. At this time (after a month of not seeing me), she messaged me asking if we could be friends yet cos she missed me. I said no, she said she had started seeing a new guy who she really liked (call him Dave) and saw a future with, I said I didn't want to hear that **** and blocked her on facebook saying it might take years and I'll let her know if/when I move on, but no friendship until then.

Felt like **** for the next week, missing her a lot etc... Then had to see her at a mutual friend's birthday on the following weekend. Sucked to see her but was dealing... until she followed me to the bathroom and kissed me. I kissed her back a lot and we ended up cuddling/making out in bed and talking about trying a proper relationship for once all night.

She then said she was torn because she really liked both me and Dave (who she still hadn't slept with yet) and that its not fair on him when he'd done nothing wrong so she needed a couple of weeks to think about it and choose who to be with. We then spent the past week hanging out, making out, talking a ton and discussing what it would be like in a relationship. It started looking like she would choose me (even though she wouldn't commit to it, she said she thought she wanted me but wasn't sure yet and wanted to give Dave a chance since it wasn't fair on him, so needed more time). I therefore started laying some expectations for the relationship with her if we were to try one, including the fact that I expected complete honesty and openness. She agreed to this and said honesty was important to her too.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

On Saturday night I was making out with her in my bed and talking about the fact that she's still only slept with 4 guys in her life, including me... she hesitated and looked uncomfortable and, after some prodding/prompting, eventually admitted that she had had sex with Bill once and two random backpacker chicks once each whilst in Thailand. I was pretty hurt but she said it was a relief for her to tell me as it had been weighing on her. I asked why she lied about it for 4.5 months and she said it was because she never thought we would end up together/working out anyway (based on the fact that we didn't have that emotional connected and i wasn't looking for something serious) and that she didn't want me to judge her/look down on her for it. I asked why she even told me and she said because she wanted to be totally honest and open with me, like I was with her. I think she felt guilty about it and wanted to relieve her conscience as I've specifically told her that the exception to complete honesty with me is when it would hurt someone without providing any obvious benefit.

Since then I've been pretty cut up about it and thinking about it a lot. I got her to block him on facebook and delete the photos of him n her together and also tell me every excrutiating detail of their interaction:
1.) Night 1 was drunken making out in his bed and her resisting sex until they fell asleep. in the morning (ie sober) they made out again and he was apparently pretty pushy for sex or at least something again, until the point where she eventually caved and let him go down on her.... then because she felt bad about his sexual frustration, she gave him a handjob, which he finished himself while making out with her after she got tired.
2.) Night 2 he came over and the three of them (including June's friend) got drunk in their hotel room, until June's friend went out late night shopping, at which time Bill kissed June, they made out, he went down on her again, then did her (with a condom) in mish for a little bit, then doggy to finish.
She said she didn't really enjoy it because she wasn't particularly physically attracted to him, just really liked him as a person and felt emotionally connected to him (which was what was always lacking between us). She also said she fell for his smooth talking in the fact that he said he would definitely want something serious with her if they lived in the same city and found her interesting & refreshing.

She still hasn't decided between whether she wants to be with me or dave yet and hasn't been really reassuring about the whole thing in terms of making me feel like I mean a lot to her or that she is actually sorry (pretty standard from her due to the aforementioned emotional immaturity but still hurts/is hard). I am extremely attracted to this girl and have amazing chemistry with her, and I guess have come to the conclusion that those are the most important aspects in a relationship, as I've found them to be really rare, important, and unchangeable (I'm extremely picky with what I like in a girl physically, and I really can't fault her in anyway). I therefore was (and still am I guess) interested in just working on developing her emotional maturity/intelligence with her in a relationship, with the sex and attraction as the foundation for it.

So yeah, do you think what she did would technically be considered cheating? She had just said that she didn't like sharing me (so I couldn't see other girls at the same time as I was seeing her) and we were seeing each other and talking a lot... but she knew I wasn't looking for anything serious and didn't emotionally connect with her, so believed there was no long-term prospect with me at the time.

Do you think I should even feel hurt about this? I sort of get her misguided rationale in wanting to be honest with me now if we might be getting serious and using that as an important factor of our relationship. I also get why she did it, if she really liked me but was missing an emotional connection with me (which Dave provided in spades to her) and believed in her mind that I wouldn't give her a happily ever after based on me telling her that this would be extremely unlikely. Her lying to me for 4.5 months about it point-blank THEN telling me now still sucks a lot, though.

Finally, if you were in my shoes, would you give a relationship with this girl a shot? I'm okay with the ladies, but based on past experiences and consistent approach/rejection anxiety, it could be years until I find someone who I find as physically attractive as June and have as great sexual chemistry with... But I donno how capable of emotionally maturing she really is (case in point is her inability to decide between Dave and me for weeks) or how realistic it is that she would ever get to the point where we could have intellectually stimulating conversations. I also donno if I can fully get over the Bill thing now that I know about it.

Perhaps a better alternative would be at least banging her to make her and Dave no longer an option (partially to get even with her for Bill). That way, even if he is a complete chump and takes her back knowing that he was her number 2 choice, it would taint their relationship forever. After all, he has been patiently seeing her for a month, waiting for her to be ready to sleep with him, so if she just bangs her ex instead, realises that it isn't going to work out with her ex, then tries to go back to him, no self-respecting guy would take her back). I actually feel pretty bad for Dave, but have never met him and feel too strongly for June, so am not willing to prioritise his feelings at this point...

If I went with this alternative, I could say that after the betrayal with Bill, she needs to prove to me that she is actually ready for a relationship first. That way I could keep sleeping with her without committing for a while and see whether I could actually forget the Bill escapade and whether it would actually work with us in a relationship.

Any input at all would be appreciated - Thanks in advance!

TLDR Version:

Was dating a girl for a while, implied I didn't want anything serious commitment/relationship wise and didn't feel we had a strong emotional connection and didn't know if we could build one or not, she screwed another guy overseas on holiday, lied about it for 4.5 months.
I then changed my mind and said I wanted a relationship with her where honesty and openness was mandatory, she took the opportunity to tell me she slept with the guy overseas.

1.) Would this even be considered cheating?
2.) Should I care given the circumstances?
3.) Should I still try a relationship with her?

Forgive me, I'm exhausted and only read this part. Based on this, I don't think it would be considered cheating considering you really didn't want a relationship with her then. It's unfair to string someone along like that.

If she just didn't tell you about it, then in this case I really wouldn't say she was lying about it because you two weren't together at the time, and if she came clean when you told her you wanted to try a relationship then that's a sign of good will at least. While it may really hurt your ego that she did, I don't think she's really guilty of anything and that you should try and let it go.

As for the relationship, look to the reasons why it didn't work out or why you guys weren't really emotionally connected in the first place and think about the possibility of if it could happen again.

And never ask a girl their number. Never ever. You're not going to get a straight answer anyway.

The real question is, WHY THE F--K WERE YOU SO CONCERNED ABOUT KNOWING/TALKING ABOUT HOW MANY OTHER GUYS SHE'D BEEN WITH?? That just shows insecurity on your part. I don't believe a girl should be volunteering that info, but I definitely don't believe a guy needs to prod the info out of her.

Would I date her if I were you? No - but not because she did anything wrong. I wouldn't date her because you seem to be the type that is constantly looking for something wrong with a girl, and will continuously nag her until you get the info you're looking for that may or may not be there. You really need to not be dating girls and start working more on your self-confidence and/or trust issues, and figure out why you're not apt to get emotionally close to a girl. Otherwise, this thing is going to continue to keep happening with every girl you try to date.

Good god man! I want to be helpful but you seem to be the major source of drama in this relationship. So she hooked up with a dude overseas while on vacation, BIG DEAL!!! You guys were on a break so it doesn't really matter.

Then you proceed to brow beat her into "confessing" her atrocities. That's EXACTLY why she didn't mention it, she knew you would blow it out of proportion which is exactly what you did.

Making her delete him from FB? Demanding every single gritty detail from her?

I would advocate that you dump her, not because she boned some other dude but because you simply do not have the maturity level to be in a committed relationship. She deserves better at this point and you're not equipped to give her that.

As I see it you have two options here and neither one of them are related to her:

1. Decide to make a MAJOR change and start from scratch (using this forum will help).
2. Continue living the way you currently are.

If you choose option #2 please do us at SoSuave a favor. LEAVE!

Ta for the input - Brutal, but fair, so I appreciate it.

I guess the harsh reality is that I can still be a pretty flawed, judgmental person and it is not really fair on me to make her feel wrong for what she did, given the nature of our relationship at the time it happened.

I guess deep down she wanted a solid emotional connection and serious relationship with me, I wasn't prepared to offer her that, so she she slept with a guy who was at least able to give her the emotional intimacy that she craved and make her feel like she was actually "good enough" for him to want something serious with her under different circumstances.

The one thing I am not sure on that you both raised is on strictly not asking girls for their number. I actually don't care how many guys a girl has slept with before meeting me - only how many she sleeps with after I meet her and she means something to me, so it is just part of the natural process of getting to know a new partner that I always go through and satisfying a natural curiosity. I am basically an open book and the only reason I seem to get women interested in me is specifically by being completely honest with them, so they tend to naturally open up and be honest with me as a result of that.

I don't believe it is insecurity - more just making conversation and learning about your partner - we talk about what we've studied, what we do for work, what our childhood was like, what our friends are like, who we've been with/slept with in the past and I find it actually helps the emotional connection to know as much as possible about each other (June is a bad example because I decided too early that she wasn't intelligent enough for a long-term prospect and emotionally closed off a bit from her).

but I definitely don't believe a guy needs to prod the info out of her.
Disagree: Past Performance is indicative of future issues.

Make sure you check out the carfax. If she's a slut you gotta do the right thing and dump her.

Not worth your time. Bail, show her that "you're the man". It's kinda degrading if you got cheated on, even if you guys aren't really together. you guys still had the "thing". move on be "the man"
